If any of ya feel like, post any type of quotes whether they influence you of something, remind you or something remarkable or just something plain witty! Can be your own, can be anothers.

Here's one that a friend's friend told me:

"Sex is like maths, add the bed, subtract the clothes, divide the legs, and pray to god you don't multiply!"

Lol.

'to remain still maybe humanity's greatest challenge'

'nothing is insignificant'

'if there is any hope for the world it can only be in small acts of personal kindliness'

these are just a few......good post.

Lol.
I love this kind of thread,

have one myself somewhat like it
called 'A PROVERB FOR EACH NEW DAY'..

Quotes are little gems and always 'fit in'
somewhere to our lives.

GOOD LUCK with this fine new thread, N.

I really like this one..
HOW true these ..
I had a cousin, we were very close but lived 200 miles apart,
she was forever asking me to visit her,

I did a lot, and we had wonderful times...she used to say in EVERY letter

'My door is ALWAYS open to you'

She died rather suddenly,
I was bereft.

Much later on, walking around that rural town of a rainy winter's evening
looking for somewhere to stay,

I thought of her saying
"MY DOOR IS ALWAYS OPEN TO YOU"
it hit me deeply, and I challenged myself>

Did I 'REALLY' appreciated her 'gift' to me then,
or did I take it a little for granted

hence the wisdom the the quote below!

--

--

"The golden moments in the stream of life rush past us and we see nothing but sand; the angels come to visit us, and we only know them when they are gone."
