Wow, this would be the fourth offense for her! In my opinion she should not have gotten her license back after the third (I'm assuming she had her license back). I'm all about rehabilitating people and getting them better so that they can better function in society but if they show a pattern of failure with no regard for bettering themselves than we shouldn't willingly put them in the position to fail. When we do that than we have failed as well.

Anyone acting like her needs help - not "executers" ....but the child's health, life
and future is even more important....
The case needs brains and hearts..........

To someone like her not having a license wouldn't matter. If she would drive drunk for the fourth time with a baby in the car the lack of a license or insurance wouldn't stop her.

Lock her up.

I presume being a former Wisconsin resident qualifies.
How come?

Our state is known for its drunk drivers, and its very lenient laws on DUI's.
Heck, there are people driving around, getting pulled over on their 5th, 6th, 13th DUI. They STILL aren't in prison.

Wow...that's just unacceptable. If I was the governor of that state, I'd change that with a quickness. I'm sure you would too.

But if she were an illegal immigrant, I bet she would be jailed in a hot minute. Our alcohol laws generally favor the population that drinks the most, which is why she'll still be on the street 3 months from now.

Wow...that's pretty damn bad...but then again, what's new with our elected officials these days? Nothing but scandal after scandal after scandal...it's almost like it's a change to NOT hear of a scandal from someone.

Daily Horoscope for January 6

Taurus

Try to keep your energy a little bit more under control. If you scatter in all directions, you'll end up hot and bothered. Mars tends to rev up your engine, but an awkward aspect to Saturn will make everything go in stops and starts. As soon as you try to shift into higher gear you meet immovable objects at the moment, so the solution is to slow down. There are wonderful, uplifting influences hanging around as well as tricky ones, so just hang in there.
