Sell-out Citizens by the State Department and Justice Department

My investigations of mental healthcare abuses have revealed that the United States Department of State and the United States Department of Justice have been sharing information with intelligence agencies in The Peoples Republic of China and Vietnam regarding how to most efficiently crack the minds of sane social activists with brutal psychiatric and psychological abuses.

There has been a sharing of sensitive information regarding students,professionals,politic ians,actors,journalists,perfor mers,business people and others who travel and work between these countries for a start. With this sensitive information of people on a list described as "dissidents" by each respective government psychological warfare techniques are being implemented by distorting background information about these people which will humiliate them and sharing this information with potential employers and the public in these countries.

Also,the State Department and United States Department of Justice have been exploring manners with the Communists on how to most effectively keep citizens under 24 hour a day electronic surveillance and how to most effectively irritate them in their homes,offices and elsewhere with intense electromagnetic interference. Their gameplan in this area is to than allege these people are insane when they get angry about this and verbally cry out in despair or when they report this to third parties.

Of course the State Department,United States Department of Justice and Communists have been denying this dangerous new alliance of tyranny aimed at arrogantly stealing the rights of the public.
