Typhoon catastrophes keep happening every year.
Why so many casualties all the time? Don't they figure out they need some good shelters in safe(r) areas?

Ho Chi Minh never had and never will have typhoon because It's protect by a huge mountain in Vung TAu city. Some small floods in the past yes but minor.

World Vision is a good one to trust. They have a good reputation of sending money directly into most needed humanitian needs instead of the corrupted officials.

Daily Horoscope for June 2

Libra

It's one of those difficult days when anything can and will happen. Someone you were relying on might let you down, plans could be changed at the eleventh hour or a machine could go on the blink. To make matters worse, your energy levels are very erratic, so you feel full of beans one minute and ready to go to sleep the next. Don't make the situation worse by eating foods that give you a high followed by a slump.
