wallie Hobbs, NM	Reply » \| Report Abuse \| Judge it! \| #6 Jul 11, 2012 I drove thru canal street during the rain,and the drains are higher than the curbs in most spots. Does the city officials not know the laws of physics? We now have mulch in the middle of the road near the court house.
