Aren't these the same people that closed down the state last year due to high wind warnings? Winds that NEVER came? What is their prediction succuss rate? Less than 25% I would bet. "There is a possibility of heavy rainfall that could cause flash flooding." Yeah, there's also the possibility that it will be nice and sunny. Take your pick.
