"Chinese state media say some of the snow was induced through cloud seeding, although the precise amount of snowfall in all areas was not reported and it wasn't clear what the previous records were."

Is China trying to thin out its population by causing massive storms? Is this some kind of military operation- causing massive snowstorms? Did China cause the May, 2008 earthquake in Sichuan earthquake? China might have
the HAARP weapon-

"Weather modification technology is being perfected under the High-frequency Active Auroral Research Program (HAARP) as part of the ("Star Wars") Strategic Defence Initiative (SDI). Recent scientific evidence suggests that HAARP is fully operational and has the ability of potentially triggering floods, droughts, hurricanes and earthquakes. From a military standpoint, HAARP is a weapon of mass destruction."

This kind of manipulation is going on around the world Chemtrails/HAARP and being played off as man made "global warming" HAARP can be used as a direct energy weapon causing certain areas to warm rapidly if wanted...like ice

Worry about China's declining health-

"Disease Engulfs China
By He Qinglian

" China ranks second in the world in TB infections, with 80 percent of these cases coming from rural areas of China. Over 400 million people have been infected with the TB bacillus, five million TB patients, and two million infectious lung TB patients. The number of annual TB deaths reach up to 150,000.

In China, 30 million persons are chronically infected with Hepatitis B and another 120 million are found to be carriers for the virus.

Over the past five years, the number of Chinese with chronic bilharziasis—a deadly parasitic flatworm—have steadily remained above 800,000. The infection rate of people and livestock with this disease can be as high as 68 percent in some areas.

In addition, 200 million individuals throughout China suffer from occupational diseases—perhaps not a surprising statistic in a country where more than 1,600 businesses are found to be involved in producing poisonous products. Be it coal, chemical, metallurgical, power, building materials, electronics, lighting industry and other areas with high-risk for occupational disease.
According to the China Institute of Environmental Sciences, among the country's 1.3 billion people, more than 400,000 die from air pollution related diseases every year.

A severe lack of governmental aid has put the country's public health system in crisis. It wasn't until the spread of SARS in 2003 that Chinese people began to realize just how frail their public anti-epidemic system truly was."

You need to get your own sick house in order before you point fingers at any other nations. "China ranks second in the world in TB infections, with 80 percent of these cases coming from rural areas of China."

I guess the Chinese of China want to fight droughts and bring water to regions where there is a shortage of water supply to save their harvests. So they start meddling with mother nature and creating artificial rain. But instead of having rain (water) they got snow.

The key here is that we have contained and cured it but in the United States it's coming back to haunt the country as like in the year 1900 when 3 out of 10 died from something known as "consumption," or Tuberculosis in the United States.

In other words, we're going up and the United States is going Down. The cover-ups continues, it's what you do best, create the news and then cover-up the actual facts.

The key here is that China's got a much bigger health crises than the US- rising disease rates, skyrocketing deaths and injuries on-the-job and death from water and air pollution-

"Furthermore, from 1991 to 2005 incidence of congenital syphilis had grown at a very rapid rate with an average yearly increase of 71.9 percent, and more syphilis cases were found in urban areas such as Shanghai, Beijing, Guangdong, Hainan and Zhejiang. Professor Cohen concludes that the actual situation is quite possibly much worse than his findings indicate."

"But it isn't just the spread of syphilis that is worrisome. A variety of diseases are seeing an alarming increase throughout China in recent years. The following health statistics come directly from China's Ministry of Health and other institutional agencies."

"As the Chinese communist regime continues to put a remarkably low priority on public health, diseases flourish throughout the country. According to data published by the WHO, nearly half of the Chinese population cannot afford their medical expenses. Chinese researchers also point that the percentage of public health expenditure in the GDP has seen a consistent decrease since 1990."

"Just how healthy is the current Chinese population? One of the main reasons for the decline of the ancient Babylon Kingdom was the spread of syphilis. Due to the illness, they remained unable to draft enough military strength to resist an intruding foreign enemy ."

Keep making phony claims. Then I can dredge up more dirt on China- and the supply is neverending.

Comprehend, comprehend and comprehend. China is trying to solve an age-old problem caused by centuries of neglect; it takes time to do this and the TB problem is almost solved.

The United States solved this problem in the 1950s, but now it's coming back into play because of the lower standard of living caused directly by severe mistakes in the management of the economy and it's back to the one-room apartments with dozens stuffed in one room. Before this is over there will be millions of dead in the United States.

Oh, by the way, the idea with the Hubble would be in heating up the West, causing us Katrinas, but then for some reason, Red China has had super typhoons ravaging its shores during strategic times, like when they were building a huge armada of troop transport vessels designing to attack Taiwan.
What's interesting is when we get one, they get one EXACTLY ON THE OTHER SIDE OF THE HEMISPHERE. Not the globe, the hemisphere.
