There you go again.." calling names".....I prefer a broadcaster that does not report in a " conversational" manor....just report and get it done.....no extra talking and stuttering needed is needed
So you don't like it when I call you names and place labels on you, but you have no problem using terms like: "Worst" and "Horrible" to describe Kevin? He's an establsihed veteran and despite that you and a bunch of other zeros on this thread say, he is not going anywhere.

What I find amusing about all this is that you all claim Kevin is so bad and you don't like him. But rather than just watching Goober...I mean Jesse Walker, and leaving it at that, you can't stop talking about Kevin!

Maybe it's time to move out of your parents' basement and get on life, Perez. I'm sorry. I keep confusing your name with the other guy that also has too much free time to be on the net and has similar preferences as you. Computer-wise, I mean.

Hey Triple HHH....you forgot to tell us who you are in the broadcasting business. you said " those of us in the broadcasting industry are taught to speak on camera"
I doubt that an teacher says, " now stutter with every other word when your reporting the weather because people like to hear that".
Now, put on your thinking cap and come up with some good names to call me again. you seem to be good at that.

First off, it doesn't matter who I am. I could be a producer, photographer, director or I work in sales. Doesn't make a difference. Rest assured, I have a degree in broadcast journalism and have worked with some of the best in the broadcasting industry.

Secondly, while we are taught to speak in a conversational manner, you are correct that no one has ever mentioned repeated stuttering as part of our delivery. But as they say: It is easier said, than done. I have yet to meet anyone who hasn't stumbled over their words before - on-air or in public.

Please try to understand Kevin's position. Delivering weather is not an easy process. You can't script it in the teleprompter because it is always changing. He is also the one studio talent during a newscast that moves around to different positions all while ad-libbing the information to viewers. It's live TV, you can't start over. We're taught that if we stutter, stumble or flub to just keep going. He's been doing it for 20-plus years and has a solid reputation within the community. He's part of the reason why WTHI is the dominant ratings-winner in this market. That should be good enough for you.

And since we're not answering questions, why is it that it bothers you when I call you names, but it is OK for you to constantly criticize a guy who has made a career out of telling people what the weather is going to be like? Seriously, the guy is not a politician or a doctor. Nothing he says or does will ever make a significant impact on your life. The other two just might, however.

On the other hand, Kevin helps people plan their day and at times warns them to seek shelter when severe weather is approaching. Seems awfully harsh to ridicule someone over that.

You've continously stated that you disapprove of Kevin because you think he has a speech impediment of some sort. Fine, but you do realize that you are not forced to watch his forecasts, right? Go watch Jesse Walker on WTWO, the Weather Channel or read the paper and internet. I just hope that you can do that and lay off my friend, Kevin Orpurt.

Footnote - This message was brought to you without calling you a single name.

I appreciate the fact that you refrained from " name calling".....thanks..see that didn't hurt ..did it?
This entire topic boils done to the fact that I prefer other weather men over Kevin. I stated my opinion and others have stated their opinion. I don't watch him on TV unless I'm have to. You watch who you want and I do the same. But when someone calls me names for having and stating my opinion, it bothers me.
As for other reporters stumbling over their word....No other reporter stumbles as much as Kevin does. Watch them sometime, you'll see the difference.
I'm done with this discussion. I'm not going to change you and your not going to change me...

Triple HHH? That's a good moniker, Kevin. I know that it is Kevin himself responding to this because no one else in the world would come to his defense. So, Kevin, now that you've been unmasked, could you please learn to speak properly? Thanks.

I'm glad you like my moniker, but my real name is not Kevin. He and I don't work in the same building, but we do like pro wrestling. I can speak properly and so can Kevin. I can also speak French: You're an a--hole! Pardon my French!

There you go with the name calling again....just can't stop can you?
Does your employer know that you get on here and call people names? That's probably why you don't tell who you are.
Pro wrestling???? are you kidding me? what a fake show that is.....lmao

Sorry, but the chances of me contracting syphillis and rotting in hell are slim. You're correct that we've gotten off topic here, but I'm not Kevin.
You on the other hand, are a dick cara.
