Survival center building burns

you people at the enterprise was wrong about the cause this kid neko was mad at his granny and he set the house on fire to get back to his granny he was bragging about setting the fire so i call the fire arsen in the first degree hey told this litte gurl that his granny made him mad and said i burnt her house

Cranks Creek survival center has helped a lot of people, and I think that it should be investigated and if someone did set the fire... I think that punishment should follow...no matter what the age.. if it was a child or an adult..There is places for children that do NOT want to do right... I will PRAY for this child...because it sounds as though he needs help...

I live aboute a mile and a half from the place where this so called survivle center building burned down.

First of all it's not a survival center building, it was a house built soly with donations that the survival center recived from manny peoples. the house was then rented to the family, meaning that the ownrs of the survivle center wher making a proffit from the donation built house.

Second: The House sits not three hundred feet away from a fire house that is also owned by the survivla center.
AND YET IT BURNED COMPLEATLY DOWN????????

If you dont beleive me, take a look for your self. The location of this house and fire house is in Cranks, Ky just off of US 421. On Left comming from Harlan, On Right Comming from Virginia.

I Was wrong to say the things i did about the survival center. I am sorry if i offended any one. I have sence realized that what i stated was only my opinion, infact it was wrong and is not my opinion any more. I have reserch and discovered that this organazation has helpd alot of good people. And it also provides learning opertunities for many people in the areas of charity and finding GOD. So once again i am sorry.

First of all, we don't even know how old the child was. How did he get the tool to set the fire in the first place?
And, from the rumors and allegations the survival center should be regulated by the government.. For example allegations about all the family members in the simpson family haveing houses built for them, maby from the donations of others, ya think??? I'm not just talking about the homes on the side of the road, I'm talking about the houses that they live in surrounding the survival center. If a homeless person needs clothing, food, ect. They have to pay for it, or they get nothing.
Also, the allegatons about the extra houses, they have had built for them, are being rented for a profit... Don't know where al the money goes, but it's a store over there, it has nothing to do with charity. Even the furniture, food, beds, baby basinets, and everything else is for sale, and the stuff is not cheap eaither! In my opinion, if someone is kind enough to donate to others, it's always best to have the person who's in need, first in mind.

When other people comes in and gives FREE donations out to help the poor it is good ,But if the survivial center has any thing to GIVE you you will pay nothing is free, I know ive bought some of those FREE donations.!

I've known about the Survival Center for many years now and I think what they do is remarkable! It takes a person with alot of heart, compassion and unselfishness to place someone else before their own needs! I have also made donations to the Survival Center barn. Before you judge the way the Survival Center is operated, you should stop and think: Could I do what they do?! Do I care enough to give up my time for someone else?!
The Center is a non-profit organzation and runs off donations only, So, if they are not federally or state funded, how are they suppose to haul in all the supplies?! It takes insurance/gas to run their vehicles as it does ours and what people do not understand, they haul clothing,furniture and other items in for someone else, not themselves! Could you put hundred of miles on your vehicle for some stranger?! How are they able to pay peoples utility bills?! How do they host their Christmas give away each year with FREE clothing,toys,food,household items?!(Donations)is how!!! People are too quick to throw stones,everyone goes thru hard times, I know I have and I thank God that they are people like them that still cares enough to take their time & energy to help others! So, when you are sitting in the line for the Centers Christmas giveaway you think of how you are judging those people and try to discredit them and see how good you feel about yourself after receiving your FREE basket!

You poor people. Donating to the "un-needy"

I do not consider myself "poor," I am "blessed!" Do you know these good people personally?! I know of three new homes that the Survival Center has built for people and guess what?! They were not related to them, nor do they expect anything in return, the homes are their's! I see them working all over the county but everyone see's things in a different way. My cup is always half full never half empty. My lord and savior, Jesus Christ will have the day of Judgement, not any human!

Yes, we know them personally.. You are wrong about not expecting anything.. Those homes are rented. I said poor to you because I kinda feel sorry for you.. You don't know the truth... I needed a place to stay and couldn't afford the monthly rent they were expecting.. Just ask one of the tenants...
