about the hot dispute between Venzuela and colombia now and about what the president Chaviz had said , i think the two countries must be friends forever and it shouldn't be under pressure or under tough talking , also see who wants to make disputes between them ...i think it is third country , want to set a trap for venzuela and lead it to war with colombia ..the words is for venzuela and colombia ..you're friends and forever live in peace together ..never listen to sounds of war , never , just look to good future and more prosperity to ur peoples , no war , no destruction , just building up ur countries and share in develpoment together

I do not think you are aware of Chavez program. He is NOT interested in Uribe's ideas, and certainly wants nothing to do with the United States, except to take their petrol money payments.

In the past decade, the 2 countries have grown further and further apart. The political and economic systems are quite different, and the policing and military systems are at immensely different development levels. Venezuela has fallen backwards, Colombia is constantly moving forward. The problem is as they do grow apart, it makes growing back together, all the more difficult.

When Chavez began to interfere in colombian affairs I could'nt believe it! What I mean by that is that if anyone cares to observe the USA and the manner in which they (USA) respond to real and imagined enemies then the current situation is no surprise. My wife is venezuelan and I remember telling her early on that "if Chavez does'nt calm down the rhetoric against the USA, he is risking war". The only true friend he had was Colombia. While the US is fighting in two wars they will not have the political support for an invasion of that country. Then Chavez began to attack Colombia publicly with new found ferver calling Uribe every "ghetto" phrase that came to his mind. At that point I said to my wife "this idiot is playing into the US'hands".Now Chavez is F....d.Colombia and the USA will hve to take him out! What a moron! I'm not a clairvoyant but u don't need to be one to see the obvious.
