"State police are reporting numerous spin-outs, crashes and delays on both the Merritt Turnpike and I-95 this morning." That is because there were no plow trucks out this morning. 95, 8, 25, and 15 were terrible. i saw plenty of DOT trucks at the diners though. at least they won't be hungry while they are making overtime and doubletime today and tonight.
