Galion boy shot in head

i'll be praying for this family also.

Galion already has a bad name as it is.

I hope this isn't some copycat thing.

I will also be praying for this family. I have 3 young children myself one of which is a nine yr. old boy. This really hit close to home!

No one will ever know the truth but why would a 10 year old boy have a rifle??? its crazy. But who knows its unexplained.

... everyone was saying it was a rifle. I just read it was a hand gun.. whut is a 10 year old boy doing with a gun. Rumors are kids at school were bullying him and everything.. Prays and thoughts to his family:(

This is unbelievable! i just had to say goodbye to my best friend over a gun accident in galion only a week ago! Do people not learn anything! you wud think after people seen wut happened to lindsey and finley people wud have learned......god i hope he's okay...another one with there whole life ahead of them:( this is soo sad my heart goes out to the family.

My heart goes out to the family of this incident. I have a little brother who is 12 and just seeing that happen to a 10 year old makes us all wonder truly!!

Im sooo sorry this happened and Im praying!!! This is a truely probely unbearable for the galion students. I hope that he wasnt a friend of Findley because I didnt think that was a fun think to go through knowing that she went ot my school and I hope he is doing ok. My best friend lives on that road so I know how tragic it was. Im praying for the who family. I hope this wasnt because of the kids at the school bullying him like the commet ^ there says. I get bulleyed all the time and you just have to live through it not hurt yourself for your own pleasure. PLEASE GOD HELP THIS FAMILY THROUGH THIS AND OSSPECIALLY THIS LITTLE BOY!!!!!!!!!!1

i dont really know what to say i live in galion and i know fin and lindsey both. the little kid that shot himself was my distant cousin i only met him a few times but jus thinkin about this. it shows what can happen when ppl dont lock their guns up.

We all need to pray for our children.To the parents I am so very sorry and touched by all the sadness you will have. Love and prayers for a life time

It is really sad what this poor child must have been thinking, and for parents to think that their child or any child of that age would think of suicide. I don't know what this world is coming to but when a child results to this as their answer to the problem it is terrible. I am a mother of 3 23, 21, and 15 and it scares me to death what goes through their minds and I feel they were raised in a very good home atmosphere, but you never know what little things are bothering them and are actually major things in their minds. God bless his family may God be with you in this time of sorrow. This doesn't mean that you were not good parents.

This is a very tragic story to think this poor little boy would turn to this as a answer to his problems. Parents may say awful things about his parents, but as a parent of 3 I know there minds think way beyond what you could imagine. At times it scares me to death. May God bless this family and be with them in this time of sorrow. This doesn't mean you were not good parents only you and God know that. I am truly sorry for your loss.

He was my friend. He had a hudge crush on me..I never went out with him though.:((..I was there at the hospital. His dad came out and sat down beside me. I am crying right now. I miss him so much. Idk wut else to say...except i luv him dearly and it hurts to see his parents everyday and they love me so much and i love them to and that they r so sad but never show it!:((

Alex was my cousin we seen each other every day i missed school i was there while he was at the hospital the whole time he got a hand gun b/c his father was a police officer a while back plus the lived in a bad part of gallion where there where shooting and stuff and when he was little he went to gun school so if someone would break in he wouldn no what to do to defend him self i love him so0o much and miss him and none of this is my aunt and uncles faut and whoever thinks it is its not it the Dumb schools fault they should have not bullied and not give him a hard time and seen the signs!!

i knew alex he was in my 4th grade i saw him that last day of him at school that day i didn't see anything wrong with him like deppersion or anything but his parents must not be doing good even i no7 which u can expect that there 10 yr old shot himself but they tore off teh back side of the house where he shot himself so im in 7th grade now

i still miss this kid i swore we would always be friends i just wish i had known were they beried him so that i could visit him

he was my friend i miss him very much i was the last one he talked to and when he talk to me he said that he was going to commite suised i thought that he was just joking but the next day there he was in the hospital with a hole in his head i was scared he loved me and i didnt know what to do the only thing i got from him was a letter every night every night he was there and he would right me a letter in my journal and i wounld answer it
