Steven Furtado, one of the most caring people I know, Steven was the guy everyone got along with. This cannot go without punishment for the bastard who did this.

i am sorry for the lose of there familys.. i know steven we went to school together. he was a good kid he was also a nice person. what is going on that is the 3rd senior willows has lose for class of 2008. and this should not be happing and the peron who did it should suffer.

I feel for their families. The girl's older brother drove back from Berkeley to be with the family, then he crashes on HY36 and is in critical condition.

Love your kids, kids, love your parents, because you never know when they might be taken away from you.

Oh my goodness! I heard the story of the double homicide on the news last night and thought how horrible! Then I read now the brother was in a car accident and is in critical condition. What a horrible way to end mothers day of all days. My heart and prayers go out to these families and their friends!

These horrific murders will leave a void, that will never go away, with the victims' families. Let's not forget about them. Please don't get "egged on" by an individual who spews venomous speech.

take it from me a father of a murdered daughter. the last thing we want to read about is all the hate attitudes and unfound racist remarks when we need to read about love and careness. give the grieving family something positive to read from your heart about support and healing. believe me we will never heal from the loss of our children but to read about how much more hate going on in this world doesn't ease our pain. please pray for all of the families...

I am so very sorry this happened. I grew up deer hunting with Steven's father, uncle, grandfather along with my family. This is so very sad. My prayers go out to the Furtado, McDonald, and Carrigan families.

So much for freedom of speech. The suspects citizenship status is very relevant...it is a huge issue we all have to deal with these days.

The suspect may be hispanic, but that has little to do with the guilt or innocence of said person. Give the racism a rest please, and find a more appropriate forum.

Now the brother has dies of his injuries suffered in the car crash. I say charge this little low-life idiot with THREE murders. Let him rot where he belongs.
