That's funny that was the reason he was mad because his gf didn't want to go into raging bull. The gf said this on the stand. He was mad and tried to take it out on the first person he saw .

There was security camera evidence, eye witness evidence and physical evidence that proved it was all epperlys fault. It was proven that burgess committed no crime and was just in his actions. It doesn't matter what YOU think. The facts speak for them selves.

Well it sounds like he gave him warning...it will go thru the Grand Jury ...it may take a couple of years but it will come up...they may charge him with malicious wounding with intent to kill or some lame charge like that...but nevertheless The Bull isnt a trashy bar...its a good place for laughs and its a great place to socialize and that is the reason tom shouldve just kept his @$$ at the bar not picking fights at the gas station...what a retard...

The old adage applies, "don't bring a knife to a gun fight!" self defense means you are in fear for your life! Frankly if Tom was such a great guy he shouldn't be fighting and displaying deadly weapons at people!
