LRT is the wave of the future. Old farts like you that live in aging inner tier suburbs and never leave your decaying old home have nmo use for it, granted, but don't stand in the way of progress.

Soooo in order for the Central Cooridor to make a dent in the I94 traffic between Saint Paul and Minneapolis there would have to be a HUGE parking lot in Saint Paul OR effective mass transit from Hudson to Saint Paul. Of course those commuting from Hudson would have to want to ride the mass transit instead of their flexible comfortable SUV.
