Judged: 19 19 17 It would make perfect sense IF the vehicles were originating in Saint Paul along the LRT line. However all this traffic originates in suburbs east of Saint Paul including HUDSON WISCONSIN!! Soooo in order for the Central Cooridor to make a dent in the I94 traffic between Saint Paul and Minneapolis there would have to be a HUGE parking lot in Saint Paul OR effective mass transit from Hudson to Saint Paul. Of course those commuting from Hudson would have to want to ride the mass transit instead of their flexible comfortable SUV. |
