Don't think that is the mind-set of those that are overly concerned. Why can't he give this speech during prime-time when the children can view this at home in the company of their parents, who can exercise the "right" to answer any questions they may have according to their own preferences, rather than from a public official, i.e a teacher.

It must of been the part when Chairman Maobama told them to write letters telling him "What THEY Could Do To Help" The Chairman.

Or it might have been the part where Chairman Maobama asked they tell him which of HIS SPEECHES THEY LIKED BEST?

YES- Chairman Maobama really has a was of making it ALL about subservience to his government and to worshiping HIM.

WHAT A CREEPY PATHETIC MAGGOT.

obama has been given enough warning to change his speech to the students. The handout material tells the true story of his administration's intention to shape young minds into advancing obama's socialistic policies.

Ask yourself WHY Chairman Maobama DID NOT WANT PARENTS TO SEE THIS BEFORE SHOWING IT TO THEIR CHILDREN?

Parents need to pay close attention to their children today, they do not need to be indoctrinated into politics. Obama has enough to do if he takes care of the mess we're in and leave the parenting and pep-talks to the parents.
He just keeps taking on more and more, and has not accomplished anything...evidently, adults have tired of listening to his rhetoric and vivacious oratory so he is targeting the children. How Marxist can you get...?

I surely didn't vote for him, I voted for McCain. But I must say, after serving in the US Navy, this election really opened my eyes to the "real" truth about "what" is actually running this country. I've never been so shocked in my entire life...

The people who are against this speech are the feeble-minded and easily brain-washed (FOX News viewers) who at least understand that their kids are easily manipulated as well. Meanwhile, I had to watch Reagans speech in school, and I wasn't brainwashed. I was raised to think for myself.

Obamas speech:
My fellow Americans, and especially children and educators [acknowledge local school leadership]:

thank you for inviting me. I want to talk with you today about your future and our nation's future. To give ourselves the greatest chance in life as individuals, and to make our nation's democracy as full and whole as it may become, each of us must take responsibility for a lifetime of learning.

That means that each of our young people must do two things:

1.Stay in school.
2.Give their utmost effort.
Because if you don't both stay in school and actually work hard at learning, you could turn into a complete and utter moron. And someone may, for some entirely inexplicable reason, hand you important responsibility.

That portends disaster.

They say a picture is worth a thousand words. To that end, let me stop talking and show you what your future looks like if you don't stay in school and actually work at learning, and the terrible future that awaits our country if you don't:

Because the Obama's agenda is one of progranda and in doctrination not a simple speech to school children. Wake-up America.

Maybe it has to do with the content As an example.....
Have children write up what they can do for the President? Instead what they can do for their country!
