2 It was Bill Clinton in 1995 that put the American people under ban and embargo on US domestic oil production, imposing dependency on the Islamic terrorist oil-rich regimes and especially Saudi Arabia and Dubai that until today paid Bill Clinton more than 25 million dollars for his support of US dependence on them. Even Clinton supporter Sen. Schumer admitted yesterday that US is selling to the Saudi Arabia King Abdullah the best military aircraft technology in the world only to appease the Saudis to increase oil production and reduce oil price. However, US shameful dependency on Saudi and Dubai oil made US foreign policy in the Middle East dictated by King Abdullah. King Abdullah recent ties with the Iranian regime of Ahmadinajad that is US troops main enemy in Iraq led to sharp increase in oil prices which are used as tool of the Iranians and Saudi Arabia against the US troops, aiming at weakening US economy and defeating US in Iraq. US could have started 13 years ago drilling in ANWR and using its own oil, coal, oil shale, gas, tar and hydrates that are available in abundant amounts in our US states and US waters and become independent of Iranian regimes and Saudi oil, while paying less than $2 a gallon for the next 500 years. However, it is Bill Clinton that is lobbying the Dubai and Saudi oil for tens of millions of dollars and he has a clear un-American interest to keep the American people paying to support the Islamic terrorists and run from one gas station to another in effort to save few cents on the gallon of gasoline. |
I couldn't have said it better. If we used our own resources, we would not have to rely as much, if at all, on these terrorist regimes for our oil. Since Iraqs card-board stand up of a leader wants to meet with Irans dictator, we should have Iraq pony up the total this war has cost us, and let them fight their own fight. |

1 Well said and true. We are sending our troops to build the oil rigs in Iraq and fight to protect them from the Iranian regime’s Islamic terrorists sabotage only because the corrupt politicians in US Congress put a ban and embargo on using our back yard oil, coal, gas oil shale tar and hydrates that can be converted to cheap gasoline of less than $2 a gallon for hundreds of years to come. The corrupt Congressmen and Congresswomen failed the American people miserably for their selfish greedy interests, and especially the Clintons. No country in the world prevents the use of its own blessed resources only to send our troops to die in the Middle East fight for oil. Shame on these corrupt politicians in Washington and it is time to vote out every Congressmen or congresswoman that prevents US from drilling its own oil energy resources with lies about future alternative fuel that does not exist. Today there is clean technology that will be used to produce cheap gasoline that meets the cleanliness rules of EPA. |

From now on, when I vote, the candidates view on drilling here will be very important. Back in the 90's, I worked with an 18-year old from Venezuela, his father ran a few fuel stations there. He told me that a gallon of gas was 29 cents. Granted, that was in the early 90's, but so much cheaper than ours even then. I still gasp in awe when someone suggests adding a new tax, or increasing an existing one on oil sold here. Might be possible, if the fuel we burned was drilled and refined here. We might be starting out with a base price of maybe $1.00 a gallon? Just a guess, but a good number to start with. Add 50 cents for state tax (hopefully goes for roads and similar things it should) and 50 cents for federal tax, and still only around $2.00 a gallon, which is half of what I am paying in California. Talk about a boost to the economy!.

1 Nicely said and true. Imagine that all the hundreds of billions of dollars that the American people sent to the bank accounts of the Islamic terrorist suicide bombers to finance their attacks on US troops and on 9/11 2001 was invested in US for the benefit of the American people...? Radical Islamic terrorist attacks started to flourish all over the world at the same year when in 1995 Bill Clinton signed veto on ANWR oil drilling and closed US lands and waters to domestic oil production which is not a co-incident. |

It would be just as easy for Hillary to get the oil companies to pay the tax as it would be for her to get them to LOWER THEIR PRICES . . . which we know WON'T happen. She is just pandering for votes and telling us what she thinks we want to hear.

That makes no sense. She would have to have bills passed in Congress to get taxes raised on oil companies. Asking publically is a lot easier, although nothing will happen. I'm no Hilliary fan, and I can tell you aren't either. But that should cloud your logic. Passing laws in the House is NOT as easy as asking the oil industry to lower prices. WHy do you think that? |

1 Isn't it ironic that she said this after Sen. McCain? Why wasn't she doing this before she was running for the presidency? She change some words around to make it seem like it's a better proposal then McCain's. Obama however is telling the truth about what would happen if we get this 'vacation'. |
So maybe Hillary should be saying that she will ASK the oil companies to lower their prices (since it would be a lot easier than what she is currently proposing - getting them to pay the tax for us) |

This bitch is ignorant and a Republican business clone. They want her to win because McCainiac won't. They can work with her to expand on what's already wrong. What's the trade-off Hill a cheap version of health care to satisfy the masses while the rest of the money disappears into business's hands? How much will they pay you to stab everyone in the back after elected?

1 It's pathetic that any one would vote for this woman. She is the epitomy of the politician who would do anything to be elected. |
