My son has a JRT. Well he's at his dad's right now. Poor little fella is 15 years old and he still would rather be outside than in during that heat.

My pups are my babies. My hubby says if there is reincarnation he wants to come back as one of my dogs. LOL

I always had a wading pool for my dogs to help them cool off. One thing for sure - they never ran out of water either. I'd clean it out weekly for them. Spoiled rotten they were!

Up here I've got a blue healer/lab mix and a westiepoo.

My dog came in and he smelled really bad. He has big poofy hair (he's a labradoodle). Poor thing got too close to my grill and singed a huge patch of his hair in his head. I guess those steaks were a little too irresistible.

Holy chit batman! That's scary. I defiled the batmobile today. LOL--the radio doesn't work, only the cassette player. Guess what was the only cassette I grabbed? The batmobile does NOT appreciate Barry Manilow.
So I'll get my Sentra out of the shop tomorrow morning and leave the batmobile to be fixed. Frig my lifes is all I can think of to say. No air in the batmobile and this morning it just decided to die on me. Thank you so very much. I'd have them fix the radio, but I think it's probably the motor for the antenna that is screwed and it's just not worth it. We have plenty of tapes I can listen to and the bigger issue is no air! 91 today with about 93% humidity.

I can totally relate to what your hubby says ... My late husband used to say that, too ... he wanted to come back as one of my 4 legged children ... said I treated them better I treated him, lol ... he was just teasin' me, of course ... silly man ...
