As a courtesy to Boo, I would ask if she would like to comment on my news coverage of her: *** Last updated on: Saturday, 21 June 2008, at 07:43 p.m. The Register Saturday, 21 June 2008 STRANGE BUT TRUE News: Someone, probably a lawyer who frequents Topix.com , caught snooping net about Register editor's Unemployment Comp case.- Gordon Watts, this paper's editor and main (but not only) writer, did a routine check of our web logs and saw unusual activity of a Google.com web search on his recent unemployment comp case (sometimes cited as an example of how judges break their own rules). The writer of "Post #219" on May 8, 2008 by a Winter Park, Florida lawyer, who calls herself "Boohil," is believed to be the person searching for updates on Watts' case. Whether true or not, Watts has posted a copy online (here and here) of the motion for rehearing to satisfy curious readers -and offer support of his claims of judicial misconduct. If elected are you going to honor your Oath of Office? I do solemnly swear that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; that I take this obligation freely, without any mental reservation or purpose of evasion; and that I will well and faithfully discharge the duties of the office on which I am about to enter: So help me God.

“Fascism Anyone?” Laurence W. Britt Council for Secular Humanism July 25, 2004 The following article is from Free Inquiry magazine, Volume 23, Number 2. Free Inquiry readers may pause to read the “Affirmations of Humanism: A Statement of Principles” on the inside cover of the magazine. To a secular humanist, these principles seem so logical, so right, so crucial. Yet, there is one archetypal political philosophy that is anathema to almost all of these principles. It is fascism. And fascism’s principles are wafting in the air today, surreptitiously masquerading as something else, challenging everything we stand for. The cliché that people and nations learn from history is not only overused, but also overestimated; often we fail to learn from history, or draw the wrong conclusions. Sadly, historical amnesia is the norm. We are two-and-a-half generations removed from the horrors of Nazi Germany, although constant reminders jog the consciousness. German and Italian fascism form the historical models that define this twisted political worldview. Although they no longer exist, this worldview and the characteristics of these models have been imitated by protofascist1 regimes at various times in the twentieth century. Both the original German and Italian models and the later protofascist regimes show remarkably similar characteristics. Although many scholars question any direct connection among these regimes, few can dispute their visual similarities. Full Article URL: http://www.secularhumanism.org/library/fi/bri...

Yes - to run for office merely to throw off the primary would be immoral, if not illegal (and quite stupid) I will cross that bridge when (or IF) I cross it. One long-time political oberver said that if I get it, "it would *HAVE* to be God" or words to that effect. You know the chances of a write-in. Slim to none -snowball's chance in Hell. HOT Hell, that is, and small, weak snowball, meling all the while!

A write in has a small possibility to win. For that matter it seems to take lots of money to win an election......

No -it was NOT aboe "me," Unreal: Political Conservatives (plural) asked me to run to change the rules of the primary, and, since I agreed with their logic, I ran. Now, if I win, that's another bonus, but even if I lose, the primary was slammed shut by me -at the request of others.(Their request -and my assistance -was not against the law. Many people run because of being asked.) No, it wasn't "about me" -it was a political favor -to help the race become more conservative -and hopefully more productive for the people the winner would represent.

I don't know anything about your religion (or what it is), but it is not a religion about which I would be interested. Carry on. Like I said, I don't have time to post here -and, now with all *this* craziness, this is one *more* reason for me to go other places.
