I'm sorry to say that we had this kind of trash on our local Law Enforcement Squad.

WOW!!! Is all I can say! One law breaker being held accountable!!! Thank You TOPIX!

Pleasse read this full story it has copies of what Dale Dodson sent to TOPIX .All I can say is yea Topix .They showed us that our ID's are safe unless real subponeas are served .
Never the less it's not nice to spread malicious gossip and I don't recommend it ...

Read the Full Story. It even shows copies of the FAKE SUBPOENA and a HANDWRITTEN note by Mr. Dale him self. What was he thinking? He should have told Cheryl NO! But then again, he probably would have feared for his own life. With Willie attached to her hip everyone seems to be afraid of her because they know what Willie is capable of.

For a person with 16 yrs experience he realy srewed this up what freekn joke Dale Dodson!!!

What?? Dale and Debbie both out of the Law Enforcement scene? Now maybe they can get along and live happily ever after because neither one of them will be on their POWER TRIPS. I just wonder if Cheryl still likes Dale as much now that he doesn't have a uniform? She does like men in uniform you know.

Don't you think Dale thought Topix would either give him the info he requested, or just laugh it off and send it back to his Chief for 3 days off with pay for being a bad boy. LOL

I really have to wonder what did the local paper do when they got their fake subponeas. Did they turn them over to Guth? TBI? Trash? Or were they fooled by them and forked over the info?

Wow! It sounds like Topix.com really got the ball rolling on this investigation. Hooray for them! I only wish they had printed the entire page of the subpoena. How embarrassing for Dodson, having this put on the internet for the whole world to see, including his address and cell phone number! He must think he's made the worst mistake of his life. Imagine what he would have done if he had gotten what he requested. How can he possibly think he has any chance appealing his termination?

The policeman knew that retreiving the information from topix could be done. He just did not go about doing it the correct way.4626

I am having the hardest time not laughing out loud right now! Did he really think they would fall for such amateurishness? How very sad and pathetic...and sounds like desperation. What about Templeton's signature? Is that real or forged? Where does this leave her? Unless he forged that too, I would think she might have a problem as well.

don't you think Topix deals with this type of thing everyday ? They wrote they turned it over to their lawyer in the article so I'm sure everything gets checked out closely before any information is given out .We do have a right to privacy unless we violate the law ..

I agree Beverly should lose her job to! The girls in her office have been out braging about Dale working on finding out who wrote the stuff about him & stuff for Cheryl so that tells me that those girls in that office had knowledge of what was going on. Beverly and Debbie S. are best buddies. I see a connection
