I don't think the judge wants to find out who did the posting. It seems he's looking to show Topix is ultimately responsible in allowing the posts. Since slander is a crime, if Topix allows slander to take place I believe they can be held liable.

I merely informed the readers that one of the penalties for treason against the USA is the death penalty. being "shot" by a firing squad has been used in the past for such executions. I said that should Obama be convicted of treason,he should be shot.This is due to the grave seriousness of his treason. Of course,that is my opinion and is what I would ask for if I were the Special prosecutor.Obama is facing the prospect of the death penalty. he has been served "presentments" on the charges of treason and election fraud,along with Pelosi.
