i didn't read the article. But going by the title, some women have other priorities other than shopping. I really don't like it.

That is SO not true.

Men apparently think about sex more than five times an hour (according to some surveys). I doubt it's true either (about women), but a lot of women's magazines like Cosmopolitan love selling generalizations to women.

no, but the excited squealing noises when they buy a new pair of shoes or a handbag are similar to orgasmic noises, so maybe girls enjoy shopping as much as they enjoy sex? lol

I hate shopping. I rarely think about it or want it.
I love sex. I think about it daily and often want it.

Not bad, we're going into a summer period, sun and fresh air all around.
So everybody come to Iceland for a summer holiday. The shopping's crap and insanely expensive but there's loads of slutty Icelandic women (and probably men too, they just don't advertise as much).

I think about sex WAY more than shopping. After my shopping is done I'm apt to regret spending the money..After sex is done, I either smile all day and want more! No regrets there

To me sex and shopping are like comparing apples and oranges as there simply is no comparison.

It is just a silly stereotype that all woman want to do is shop all day long just as it is a stereotype that most men would rather spend their day being lazy in a pub scratching their gear and belching.

Magazines like Cosmo aren't science, they are entertainment and a business designed to sell advertising space to make money. Don't get me wrong, I have magazine subscriptions but i read them with a grain of salt. Then I go shopping, come home and read the bedside astrologer to tell me my future...
