Prove to me his Girlfriend Did not find out Scott was Married then kill his wife and unborn Child. trying to get the man she wanted.i Still think scott is innocent and the DA railroaded an innocent man and let the real killer run free. this is just my opinion.

It was proven to you a milion times David. You aren't smart enough to get it. Shut up already. You're an embarassment to all the Scott fans out there. Even they don't want to hear you anymore.

If you look at the defense's motion for a new trial, where transcripts of the minutes are included as to what each juror said about Justin Falconer, you will find that none of the other jurors felt he was discussing the case improperly. All the jurors and alternates said he was OK. Nancy Grace on Court TV started a media flap over Falconer and Falconer's girlfriend discussed that with him. That's not discussing the case, and Falconer did nothing wrong besides being unconvinced at that point of Peterson's guilt. Falconer should not have been kicked off that jury. And Gregory Jackson, the foreman, should not have felt threatened and intimidated to the point of wanting to be taken off (what he told the judge) because he did not agree with the other jurors. Jackson was the only one who understood that Conner's bone growth exonerates Peterson.

Peterson was wrongfully convicted, and the BS the media reported in the early days of the investigation (blood on the mop and vomit, smell of bleach in the house) sold the public on Peterson's guilt. There was no evidence of guilt presented in that trial, only evidence of adultery. It is a shame for all of California that this man is on death row.

That SOB should have gotten the death penalty as soon as he was convicted not two decades from now. He may be on death row but he sure isn't getting punished for what he did to Laci and his son Conner. He's playing cards and shooting hoops. BS! How is that justice!!!!!!!!!!
