Teen charged with smoking marijuana in school bathroom

I have one question. Besides it being SO AWFUL that the kid smoked some marijuana in the bathroom..what EXACTLY did he do wrong. What EXACTLY was negative about the situation. No, I don't think kids should be smoking in the school bathroom. Absolutely wrong. BUT, what I am trying to figure out is why would you think so negative about the kid for doing one simple thing. How stupid of you. Did he run and shoot some people after he smoked. Did he fail a test? Did he curse at his teachers? Did he go home screaming at his parents? No, I am sure he was calm and about it and now feels bad. Give the kid a break..what he needs is someone to show him he care and no people down his throat saying he is going to be a failure. Grow up people and realize what these kids really need. Being a teenage in today's world is ALOT harder than we had it. Instead of bashing him..HELP HIM.

People do mistakes. I have made many in my life. There are many people who are 18 in high school. Would it have been better if a 13 year old was caught with drugs? Bottom line - if you don't know Nick, don't make comments about him. I know many people who are not perfect...most of you for example...passing judgement before you are educated on all the facts. Quit judging...It's not your job anyway.
