Mekong Delta targets annual 12% growth over the next decade

wow if is it become a realities,
then several 1000,vietkieu will come back to lived and work with commie,,

because so much unemployment around CANADA,,AMERICA,,AUSTRALIA,,

rather than on welfare benefit,,

70 million dong a year,,rent free,,.
no hot water bill,
no heating bill,

sun sight 24/7 AMERICA WILL COME BACK MORE,,
