This tyranny of unelected federal judges must stop. Where does the constitution give federal judges the power to nullify state laws??

This is how the left prevents these problems from being solved.

If the problem can't legally be studied and quantified, it cannot be publicized and no public outcry ever ensues. This sort of nonsense is nothing short of criminal; it facilitates the continued robbery of taxpayers by people who should not be here.

I agree with you 100% the fact that they say these kids have a constitutional right to go to school here is insulting. They are not American and in my opinion neither are anchor babies. If these kids are not at fault by they're worthless parents actions then neither are the American people. Send them back they are not our problems. Stop taking advantage of the good American way of life and by the way I'm Hispanic American. Vote for romney.

The really bad part of the schooling requirement is that in the idiocy of the decision referred to as Plyler v. Doe, the Supreme Court used the reasoning that providing schooling for the children of illegal aliens did not constitute a 'significant burden' for taxpayers.

Well, that's sure changed! The whole ruling needs to be revisited, because the situation under which the ruling was passed down in 1982 is no longer the case; in fact, it's quite the opposite.
