The corn harvest for food is stable, even though of the national drought. The USDA is selling famine to manipulate prices.
The genetically modified feed stock and export supplies are after WH deeming.

The WH wWing Boys Club will point to global starvation as the duty of the United Nations to confiscate what it needs, that will include weapons in order to make the world a 'safer' place.
