Apparently "the troll" does not want a REAL discussion about this. What a surprise.

Doesn't anyone care to comment on this Dennis Rader "issue?"

The question is "has anyone looked into the garrote phantom as a possible suspect?"
He has a documented history of garroting 10 people to death and he had a fetish for basements.
Why don't you pass your "tip" on to someone who can do something about it? They have Raders DNA. It wouldn't be too difficult to compare it to the unknown DNA from the Ramsey case.

BTW, I notice the thread is still up so you can see there is no "conspiracy" by Topix to stop people from discussing Rader. I told you it was just you. ;)

Yeah. Sure. I'm everyone who posts from Michigan. I'm the only one who lives in the entire state. Didn't you know that Michigan has a population of 1? Yep. I'm it.

The police have Dennis Rader's DNA. It does not match the unsourced DNA in this case. Rader has nothing to do with this case.

Why don't you ask KBI if they entered Rader's DNA into CODIS or not? Of course they did, FBI was working with the KBI when he was arrested. Cops first obtained his DNA profile by subpoeaning a pap's smear belonging to his daughter. He's one of the most notorious serial killers in US history, and they wanted to know all his victims, anywhere they may be.

In Kansas "If federal agents detain and arrest you, they have the authority to take DNA from you and to immediately upload it to CODIS."

also: DNA Fingerprint Act of 2005 allows states to upload profiles to CODIS. Eleven states (Alaska, Arizona, California, KANSSAS, Louisiana, Minnesota, New Mexico, North Dakota, Tennessee, Texas and Virginia) currently allow for involuntary DNA collection from individuals merely arrested or suspected of a crime.

http://www.councilforresponsiblegenetics.org/...

The FBI was among those who arrested Rader, so his DNA was IMMEDIATELY uploaded to CODIS.

'Shortly after noon yesterday afternoon, agents from the KBI, agents from THE FBI and members of the Wichita Police Department, arrested Dennis Rader, 59, a white male, in Park City, Kansas, for the murders of Joseph Otero, Julie Otero, Josephine Otero, Joseph Otero Jr., Kathryn Bright, Shirley Vian Relford, Nancy Fox and Vicki Wegerle. He was arrested for the first-degree murder of all those victims. He's being held at this time at an undisclosed location. "

Daily Horoscope for June 4

Scorpio

Today's Lunar Eclipse at the Full Moon stirs up powerful emotions during the next two weeks (as it has done since the Gemini Solar Eclipse last month), and it may not be a very pleasant experience. Are you feeling rather compulsive and obsessive? Financial issues could be a problem,, especially if they appear to threaten your sense of emotional security. Don't let jealousy or envy make you do things that will set other people against you.
