OMG!! I was worried we might end up with another Texan who was short-changed on brains, but here we have a Texan who is short-changed on brains sticking in his two-cents worth about a dead=beat loser from Georgia.
Sorry, Tootsie, I couldn't resist it.
FWIW, I wish you a Very Merry Christmas and Happy New Year.
And I hope we'll all be saying "Mr. President" to our current president for the next four years! And from the looks of the way all the Republican candidates keep shooting themselves in their collective feet, there's not much doubt about it!!
Why is it that people are so jealous of Texas? Why is it that those of us who choose not to hurt feelings with our rude remarks are considered brainless? For the record, my I.Q. is 133 and I am also a college graduate. I have a job, numbers is my game, words are not. Don't forget, some people are not verbal, some not good with words. It doesn't make them any less intelligent than you. Geez, I thought I knew you Ole South.

<quoted text>--Hi - If you read post # one on this thread it will give most of the info. on the computer repairman-- being an unrulely employee of JRs company and being fired is the motive along with the strang quote he said when fired. He was apearently in the home of the Rs to work on home computers around the time of being fired, questions are - what info. did he get from those computers- like the $118,000- did the Rs give him a key- was he there alone- did he meet and chat with the housekeeper- how much time did he spend there-
Thanks, I had read that post days ago. Also, it's believed that LE computers were hacked, who would have that kind of skill? Although, it may be completely unrelated... Thank u!

Well, if you lived outside of Texas, wouldn't you? After all, we're the only state in the Union that can fly our flag at the same level as the American flag! The rest?
Geez, I thought I knew you Ole South.
You still don't. She's good people.

I think I can speak for her when I say the older you get the less tolerance you have.

She's so old, when she was a girl, the Dead Sea was still just sick!

And Moby Dick was just a guppy!:)

--Hi Lynette-- I'll proably get exspelled from school tonight won't I? IMO the computer repairman is the closest to any one that would have and indivial motive, Motive for a crime is #1-
Now why would you be expelled from school, Robert? I haven't seen you do anything wrong.

No crime is committed without a motive, so we always have to look at motive first. The ACR was very angry and the writer of the RN was hostile to John. This was a revenge killing, IMO.

Kassie, to put this in the proper perspective, I should copy my post that upset you:

"OMG!! I was worried we might end up with another Texan who was short-changed on brains, but here we have a Texan who is short-changed on brains sticking in his two-cents worth about a dead=beat loser from Georgia.
Sorry, Tootsie, I couldn't resist it.

And I hope we'll all be saying "Mr. President" to our current president for the next four years! And from the looks of the way all the Republican candidates keep shooting themselves in their collective feet, there's not much doubt about it!!"

FWIW, Kassie, I was not making fun of Texans, whom I consider to be really great people in general.(After all, y'all gave us Gene Stallings and Greg McElroy, to name a few!) But I was carrying through on Tootsie's political views and joking about both the Bushes, which I think is pretty standard fare insofar as jokes about politicians go. And since Tootsie is also a Texan, The "we have a Texan who is short-changed on brains sticking in his two-cents worth" was intended in a joking way for HIM. He realized it and took it that way, so I'm surprised that you felt offended by our little back-and-forth! I see that in retaliation, he and others grabbed the oportunity to take a few shots at my age, which is OK, since so long as they are concentrating on me, they're letting the world know of their admiration and appreciation for excellence! LOL

So, Kassie, I am really sorry if our exchange offended you. You were never thought to be a party to my remarks, but now that I see that those who didn't know what was going on might be upset, let me assure you that no offense was intended to you or to Texans in general (only to the Bushes, LOL). Anyway, I do want to extend to you my sincere although empty apology (another joke! but to explain, I've been accused of my apologies being "empty". But, rather than taking offense, I think that's hilarious since I just consider the source, LOL).

Oh, by the way, your IQ is higher than mine, since the last time mine was tested, it was only 128. But like Tootsie says, I'm surely even wiser now since I'm so much older!!

Take care!

Daily Horoscope for June 4

Leo

Under this unusual Lunar Cycle, you have to do some serious thinking about someone you love. Maybe you need to have a quiet word about something, in the hope that you can nip a potential problem in the bud before it becomes serious. Are your feelings for this person are changing? You need to reflect on this and what it means.
