In the recreation made by Haunting Evidence it showed that JBR could have awoken on her own and came downstairs to grab a snack of pineapple and then been surprised by the intruder.
First and foremost, psychics are not reliable sources, and neither is a re-creation since no one that was there the night of the murder participated, and the people who did participate are not qualified investigators. Ergo, the accuracy is in question – it ends up all being fiction.
JBR ‘could’ have done a lot of things, most of which you are unwilling to give credence to, yet you think this scenario is accurate enough to use as an example?

She is only known to have eaten crab at the Whites which isn't very filling.
She is not ‘known’ to have eaten anything at the Whites. She could have had the crab, she could have had cookies and candy, she could have had most anything, however no one who was there remembers seeing her eat anything. PW put aside a small plate of crab for JBR to ensure she got some if she wanted it. There is no fact out there that she ate it, or took it home.

Any reputable medical examiner will explain that because there are so many variables in digestion, the time frame could not have been that narrow.
A reputable medical examiner did find pineapple consistent with that from the Ramsey home, however no crab was found.
