Today was the last day for Idiot White to file ANYTHING in this case, and as I predicted at the beginning, he never filed a thing. Even though he had a slam dunk contempt charge against Jameson. Too stupid, it was over the second he said he would be his own lawyer, in which everything the Judge told him to do was well over his head. Fleet got what he wanted though, a swift COVER UP of his SLEAZY depo, before the mainstream media picked it up.

Or maybe White figured out that this was a lost cause.

So what's the point? The RST has been playing the system since DAY ONE. They always cover their bases. White had nothing unless jams defied the cease and desist order.

But if you're so worried about it, why don't YOU sent his depo to the MAINSTREAM MEDIA, candy? We'll see if they concur with your opinion that White's depo is news worthy.

Well she's still laying low, not coming over here, or at least I haven't caught wind of her (ugh!)- we can all bet that if Fleet has been unable to hold her accountable for her illegal acts, she will be with us shortly harping how the BORG wanted her jailed.(And why not? She broke the law!)

It's no one but White fault that Jambo wasn't cited for contempt, at the VERY least. It's an open and shut issue, HIR is in contempt of a standing court order PERIOD. Carnes told White what he had to do, and White is simply too inept and lazy to do what she said. He got what he wanted most of all WHICH WAS THE COVERUP OF HIS SWORN TESTIMONY. He was freaking because he thought the mainstream media would pick it up and spread it. This COVERUP reeks and this jerk should have NEVER been allowed to get away with it. There's some new media attention, I hope someone in the media goes after it legally.

looks more like he wants to be left alone. His testimony, after all, is not that sensational. At least he didn't say he didn't think the Ramsey's did it. He just said he didn't recall..like the Ramsey's don't recall. He knows this case will never be tried, why should he spend one moment, let alone atty fees, slapping some Springer guest from Hickory, NC?

When Jameson INSANELY posted "selected excerpts" from Fleet's sealed depo on hir website, Fleet went to court to have them taken down AND talked about prosecuting Jameson for criminal contempt.

People sue for money. People sue people who have money. There was nothing for Fleet to gain in a criminal complaint against that old bat. It would have been tedious uncomfortable work on his part with time/money spent and no recovery.

Oh baloney. John Ramsey has a lot more money than Fleet does. The Whites have been sued several times in the last few years over money. I've posted on this before. White has done nothing but complain about his ruined reputation. IN SPITE of White's FAVORABLE testimony for HIS BUDDIES the Ramseys, he has done NOTHING but complain about them EVERYWHERE ELSE, ESPECIALLY, his letters and court filings like the Colorado Court of Appeals. WHO PUT HIS NAME OUT THERE? WHO THREW HIM UNDER THE BUS THE MOST? NO, HE'S FLAT OUT AFRAID OF JOHN RAMSEY, IMO.

I can't get into the website right now that would give me the DETAILS on the Fleet White lawsuits (where he is a defendant), so I want to be as specific as I can as to what he was sued about in 2010. ONE, not several as I stated above (without again being able to see the details) is SPECIFICALLY related to and called MONEY:
