Garnett interview update

I e-mailed Boyles Tuesday 6 am. All he said was Garnett is going to be on this week, no specific day or time.

Thanks Brother Moon. DA Garnett was on vacation last week, so they probably haven't set a date yet.

It was interesting, I first made a simple request of an announcement saying I had people waiting for a date and time. He didn't read that one so I seconded by pointing out that it was wrong to announce an interview with the DA in control of the most studied case in the world and then back out and then asked why he didn't get Garnett. That he responded to!

Everything that goes on is open to speculation. Boyles is setting himself up for a puff piece snow job from Garnett which he will tout as meaningful thereby contributing to the obfuscation. That is how I see it playing out.

Garnett passed the tarbaby to Beckner to buffer the DA's office. If they proceeded with an investigation they would be obliged to charge John with obstruction of justice for finding the body at 11 am. and thereby open up a demand for a reciprocal against Mary Lacy, BODE and by extension Wood.

Ya right, Garnett is going to talk.

I think all this is is DA Garnett agreeing to an interview request by Peter Boyles.

I'm sure Garnett didn't contact Boyles first.

Me too. If he had something major to say, it would have been done by a press conference or press release.

No mention of the interview today 1/4/12.

Thanks for the update Brother Moon. That's ok. Maybe it won't be this week.

No mention again 1/5/12. I will call and ask tomorrow.

I wouldn't call again Broher Moon. I'm sure he'll announce it whenever they have a date.

I 2nd that- M M Clark-Would have been 21 when JBR was murdered

I called in today 1/6/12 and the producer said he could answer the question since he is the one that sets up those interviews and he said "I imagine it won't be too long now". I didnt' press the issue as to why it wasn't done this week as was announced.
