The count was 24 suspension/posing to 23 strangulation/binding at the time the thread was removed. I flagged GAR's spams and I guess the whole thing was removed for that and/or other posts that appeared later that I didn't see.

I am amazed the count was close let alone suspension in the lead. I figured most people bought the standard line.

I don't think there is a total of 47 posters here.

Charlie, mayber you just don't pay attention. I've seen the number of posters at a low of 15+, more or less.

BTST, one night just this week I saw what I thought might be a high when there were some 139 viewers.

Hi OS,
As you well know, many of the posters here use multiple hats, plus we have the spammers who also use multiple hats. I really don't think we have anywhere near 100 viewers, or anywhere near 30 posters here.

I don't know how many times you voted. You were probably ALL of the votes saying it was something other than strangulation.

I'm really surprised at you BM

Why would you put up a poll in a place where people can vote numerous times and the results are not valid no matter what the outcome is? I would have thought it would be beneath you to put a poll up at Topix. What is the point? anyone can sit and vote a hundred times

The paintbrush was broken in the basement evidenced by the shards of wood found near/in the paint tray. I surmise that the strangulation device was also assembled there, as the handle was an original component to the device evidenced by JB's hair being wrapped around the handle and the cord but not within the knot attached to the stick. The cord was applied to JB's neck while she was in her bedroom evidenced by the cord fibers found on JB's bed. If the "garrote" was staged why would the Rs have taken the device up to JB's room and placed it on her dead/dying body? Why wouldn't they have left the garrote in the basement and affixed it to her there? Furthermore, if JB was dead/dying before the garrote was applied in an attempt to "stage", then wouldn't her bed be stained with urine rather than the carpet in the basement?

If the hair was NOT caught in the knot, the coroner would not have had to cut the hair from her head.

Good point LE as always. Posters should also learn to read the details and read between the lines instead of just interpreting what they choose the way they choose and pretending to know more than the experts

No Mama, cord fibres on the bed don't necessarily mean the garotte was applied to her neck in the bedroom, it could have been the wrist ligatures, it could have just been one wrist ligature

JB's hair was entangled in the knot on the posterior aspect of her neck per the autopsy report.

True. That still does not mesh well with staging, IMO.

I agree fully with your statement. Although it contradicts many RDI's research practices. How is it that CC determined that JB's hair was incorporated into the knot on the broken paintbrush if he had read and understood the autopsy report? How is it that you determined that the RN was destroyed through testing of prints prior to the handwriting analyses conducted by the four experts hired by BPD and the two hired by the Rs? It seems that some RDIs are guilty of the exact accusation you applied to me.

Perhaps you should go to the thread scientific evidence and start with #71 instead of choosing to be a smart azz, and you would have better discussion here, assuming you are really looking for that :)

You have nothing correct in this post.
Ubowski was the BPD's expert at the CBI - even HE did not see the 'original' note!
Why did the coroner cut JB's hair if the hair was not entwined in the knot? When he removed the cord, the hair would have fallen away. IT DIDN'T DO THAT!

Hi Mama2,
Did you look at the picture of the garrote? ESPECIALLY the handle???? The hair looks very entwined in the knots of the handle to me.

Daily Horoscope for June 4

Pisces

Relationships are kind of shaky under this Lunar Cycle and you may even get the distinct impression you're heading for a major showdown with a certain someone. Although this feels like a crisis, don't let panic or desperation push you into decisions you would normally steer clear of. You may think you've reached the end of the road, but this isn't a good reason to go off the deep end and make drastic decisions. Proceed with caution!
