Bill Wise's comment: That never, ever happened," Wise said."We have a professional arms length relationship with the Ramseys' attorneys."

That is a complete lie. Bill Wise let Lin Wood draft the entire affidavit clearing Burke Ramsey, and Hunter signed it. The copy of that fax is on the internet.

It is my understanding that the affadavit to clear Burke was the one that Hunter held off signing...Did not do it for a long time. Do you know if that is true?

No, that is false. The date of the fax is 10/10/2000, and it is signed 10/12/2000.

Maybe I should have worded my post a little differently. What I actally meant was that Hunter was reluctant to clear Burke and got his "arm twisted" a little before agreeing to accept papers to clear him.

Maybe so Patricia, because he never signed any kind of affidavit like that for anyone else, before or since. It shows the power of Team Scamsey in that office.

Remember what ST's resignation letter said "I believe the District Attorney's office is thoroughly compromised."

Is really true they run Lou Smit and Trip Demuth off the case because they knew to much about other suspects that should be looked at and Didn't believe the Ramseys had anything to do with JB murder?I keep hearing that but I can't confirm it.does anyone know for sure?what really happened to them,why were they took off the case?

They were taken off the case after the Steve Thomas resignation letter was made public, were not involved in the grand jury.

I totally agree with Thomas on that the DA's office didn't even subpeona the phone records..or the credit card records,,,,Unbelievable..

Yes, right Patricia. They can't win or prosecute these rich people when the DA's office refused to sign routine warrants like that.

I don't know this lady, Candy. I've been on this forum since June '06. I think she has her own site. And, it is not what she says, but how she says it that is so distasteful. If we were interested in what she has to say, we would go to her site. Why does she feel a need to come here?

Isn`t Candy the one that follows Nancy Drew aka Mame around from Forum to Forum to instigate against her? Seems that`s what Henrietta said.

Candy isn't the one who follows Mame around the forums. That tends to be the posters from Forums for Justice. They have whole threads there bashing Mame.

Candy is Borg, or anti-Ramsey, to the bone. She seems to have done some kind of legal work, or researching, for Darnay Hoffman who was Chris Wolf's lawyer in that case a few years ago.

Candy is knowledgeable about the Ramsey case. She somehow manages to acquire all sorts of legal documents about the case. Some of the Ramsey case information on the ACandyRose website comes from Candy. That is until Candy seems to have had a blazing row with ACandyRose about something to do with what Candy says is stealing information from her.

I find ACandyRose one of the best sources of information for the Ramsey case. ACandyRose must have put a lot of time and effort into that website. I believe she is disabled in some way as well.

Candy has been critical of Steve Thomas and Fleet White in the past. That was after Fleet White refused to attend the Colorado v Miller court case in 2001, and when Steve Thomas didn't put up a strong fight when he was sued by the Ramseys for libel. That's why the Fleet White Fan Club at FFJ don't like Candy.

Candy believes Fleet White's deposition in the Chris Wolf case should be unsealed. I agree with her about that. The American media managed to get the Steve Thomas deposition unsealed. The American media don't seem to have attempted to get Fleet White's deposition unsealed.

Forums for Justice then turned on Candy in the same way as it has turned on Mame, and Nancy Krebs, and Jameson. Purgatory forum became a kind of Candy bashing forum for a time. Cybersleuths was nearly brought to it's knees when it came under Borg attack during the attempts to attack Candy.

There was a time about three years ago when it was being discussed on Forums for Justice that Nnacy Krebs was threatening them with legal action. Nothing seems to have come of that. I think that would have been an interesting court case if it had happened.

Noooo, that's not Candy......Guess again! Although, if I had to admit it....she does hold her own as far as keeping up with mame's BS.
