Paul Harvey reported today that over in England they have come up with a better DNA test which could help a lot of cases.Henrietta have you Heard about anything like that?I think many people are really serious posters, and have strong feelings toward JB.But I will agree some Theorys, Opinions and Motives do look suspicious.some people get out of line sometime in their remarks and it makes them look stupid.but overall we have a good group posting on this Forum. It is good to have these discussions going on.we really can't give up hope.

Jack, Is this what you are asking about?

Building a DNA picture of your face
Advances in technology mean that DNA evidence is increasingly used to charge suspects and to identify victims. Amazingly, it will soon be possible to build a picture of someone's face from traces of DNA. But as Angela van Daal knows, unlike television's CSI, reality presents more complicated and time-consuming scenarios.
CSI is not Angela van Daal's favorite show, though they do share the forensic interest. She's Associate Dean of Research at Bond University in Queensland and she amazed me this week by suggesting they'll soon be able to tell what your face looks like by reading your DNA.
Angela van Daal: Currently when DNA testing is done in a forensic case or in an investigation, a suspect is required to compare. So for example, if there's a crime scene and an evidence item, biological evidence material is left, there's nothing that can be done with it to help the investigation. So the police require a suspect to compare to that sample. Our DNA also contains all the information that describes what we look like; whether we have blue eyes, or brown eyes, whether we're tall or short. So what I'm interested in doing is decoding that information, finding out what it is that does make us look like we look like, so that in future where there's a crime scene, where there's no suspect - for example, like the Wee Waa rape case of several years ago, that police would be able to take that evidence item and do a DNA test and provide essentially an identikit picture of the person. So it's like having an eyewitness at the crime.
Robyn Williams: Do you mean you could read off parts of the DNA and from it build up a picture of what that person looks like?
Angela van Daal: Yes.
Robyn Williams: That's astonishing.
Angela van Daal: Yes, but it will happen in the future. It's obviously a very complex thing but we've already made some progress. There are a few genes we know of that are involved, for example, in red hair. We know there's a particular gene that if you have one or two changes at that gene you are very likely to have red hair. We also have found a gene that, if we have again one or two changes, there's a much stronger association with dark coloring. So we're making progress, but yes, it's a complex thing, but down the track we will be doing that, I think.
Robyn Williams: Nationality, I hesitate to say race?
Angela van Daal: Interesting you ask that There is actually a company in the United States called DNA Print who currently offer a test that has actually been used in a forensic investigation there, where they offer a service that will provide information on your ancestry, your what they call 'bio geographical ancestry'. And they look at hundreds of different regions of the DNA where changes are associated with one race in particular more commonly, and they can look at hundreds and build up a picture of your ancestry. And they used that in a case where there were a series of rapes and homicides occurring in New Orleans and there had been some eyewitness evidence that suggested the perpetrator was a Caucasian, and they had an identikit picture. And they pursued that investigation for about a year, made no progress and then heard about this particular test and did the test and the test predicted that the perpetrator was actually 85% African/American and 15% American Indian, and that clearly changed the nature of the investigation and led very quickly to an arrest. And when that person's DNA was compared to the crime scene samples it was a match.
Robyn Williams: How much can be done now?
Angela van Daal: Now, very limited: the test I just described and, as I said, there are a few genes we know about involved in pigmentation. I'm also working on genes involved in height and in facial morphology read the rest here:

Elowsky was in Michigan with concrete alibi at time of murder. Police know that he couldn`t have gotten to Boulder in time. He`s not a suspect.

Remember one thing,a lot of people (160)wanted the police to think they were somewhere else and couldn't be involved in this case.but guess what one of them or maybe more is Lying. There has been so many Lies told in this case and it's worked for all of them. The Killer is sitting out there thinking I've fooled them all.there is no way now they will ever get me.His name has been posted in this Forum.I don't think we need to rule out anyone at this stage of the case.

The only thing that we as bystanders can judge this by is the preponderance of the evidence not the preponderance of the paranoia. Cops are not always right, but they`re not usually as wrong as they were in Boulder. If the cops say he has an alibi, witnesses saw him in Michigan, we have to support that even though some crazy guy who tried to attack him says elsewise. If we don`t follow those basic principals we`ll degenerate into anarchy and start suspecting each other. How did he know about that? He must be the killer, we`ve heard the killer might post on this never read site in nowhere that next to noone reads. He must be the killer. All this bull that I read on this site from people who say I don`t care if he had an alibi and I know that he must have arrived in town the day before because that`s my theory. They try to change the facts to fit their theory. There are little if any facts that support Ramseys being involved. Perhaps there`s a few facts that suggest that they`ve been through so much already that they`re willing to dodge and weave things that could even point toward them being involved, such as John tying knots. 90% of the evidence supports an intruder and an intruder who planted fibres from Patsy`s sweater and who left his footprints and a 14 month old newspaper picture of John Ramsey with a heart circled around John`s face. The killer made two mistakes. He left his DNA and he told me that he did it. Within 2 weeks something should be happening. The letters already been mailed.

Dan Good post lets see what happens.we all get excited sometimes and say things that don't always have good Logic.but I think we all have the same goal, get Justice for JonBenet.she didn't Deserve this.she was just a six year old kid, just starting her life. You look around at what's going on in this country right now and wonder what's going on with all these crazy people. Our Justice system stinks,we need to put some teeth into making sure the time fits the crime and carry it out.reduce the appeal process to almost zero.

I really hate to see us spend so much time on duct tape, etc.Do we really think that's going to help us find the real killer? I think at times it looks like we are just sitting there spinning our wheels.I believe several people who post on this forum has a really good idea who the killer was.but proving it might never happen. The more I read about this case I think the Ramseys had Many people who hated them for various reasons.the killer was in the inner circle who knew much about them and their House.well planned out.I keep thinking there was more than one person involved in the planning and coverup.Only one killer.the fact he knew the house and Ramseys made it easy to pull off.I think things went really wrong that night,it didn't go as planned.I really think(know)she got hit as she was running from him.I don't know if it was a stun gun or a blow to the head.this wasn't part of the plan.

When someone asks something I answer them and if they`re confused on an issue I try to straighten them out and I expect the same back. Really many of these minor details do matter a lot. If someone comes to the police and they say that was black tape that I had in my car for 6 months before the crime police know that they`re not correct because the tape was made in November 1996. The more people that know the truth the easier it is to find the killer. None of the known facts point toward the killer catching her in the living room, no fibres, no blood, no DNA. Dreams are often so real that we feel we`re there. Once I dreamed I was with a hot mama and that I had come to the right place and woke up with a load of disillusion. I can only base my judgment of visions on what the bible says, you may have different standards, but visions are given for a reason. If you can`t find a reason, then it`s not a true vision. As for what you said about not going on about duct tape and such you seem to not know that much about the case and you`ve asked a lot of questions yourself lately. I did what was necessary about my Perp. I checked out what he told me with the known facts to make sure that wasn`t understanding something wrong and then sent Lou Smit an orderly account of what Gary told me occured. I`m certain they`ll investigate because Gary`s own sister names him as a child serial killer. Now I`m just double checking and making sure that I didn`t miss key facts or misunderstand something. I have to see if my facts as told to me by Gary fit the known murder facts and not change what Gary told me. If what Gary says is true, he may have hundreds of victims over 30 years. I wish not for that but if it`s true then these parents, besides jonbenets deserve closure. Undoubtedly people will fault me. Why didn`t you say something sooner, why didn`t you force the police to believe you. I`ve tried for years to get police to listen, now I`m going to Lou Smit. It`s time for justice. God has his timing and it`s all in his hands. I firmly believe that.

Someone should slap the S--T out of you but you`re so full of it they`d need a truckload of toilet paper. If you got a 2nd brain and it worked better than the one that you have now, you`d still be a half wit. People like hanging around you because you make them look smarter. In cold weather they like you around because you`re so full of hot air that you save them money on the heat bill. I heard your friend stood in front of the freezer naked making you a popsickle. Your parents didn`t plan you either, you were just a sperm of the moment decision. Since then your dad wears 3 condoms at a time. He doesn`t want to make that mistake again. Webster uses you for the definition of an idiot.

You transvestites make a lot don`t you. That`s what they say about you, it`s not who you know, it`s who you blow. You couldn`t compete in a battle of whits because you keep confusing your IQ and your shor size. That`s why you`re a transvestite, because you`ve got small feet. You know what they say small feet small meat. There I go talking about your lunch again. Bye the way quit drooling, it`s only a banana.

One for Jack...Do you see two well dressed men in the living room and the murderer in the basement? Does the murderer have a verbal conflict with the men in the living room?

One for Dan...Ask Gary if he was given instructions to behead to get payment. Ask if he freaked and killed her because he could not complete the task as directed.

No everything went as planned. The note was just to yank their chain. Get the money together, think you can save her ha. ha. she`s been dead all along. If you read my other posts you`d see that he did the same thing with the Handa boy in the Ransom note in CA in 1984. He just kept Handa that time. Gary beheaded the girl in Missouri in 1983 and she`s the headless horseman.

Daily Horoscope for June 4

Scorpio

Today's Lunar Eclipse at the Full Moon stirs up powerful emotions during the next two weeks (as it has done since the Gemini Solar Eclipse last month), and it may not be a very pleasant experience. Are you feeling rather compulsive and obsessive? Financial issues could be a problem,, especially if they appear to threaten your sense of emotional security. Don't let jealousy or envy make you do things that will set other people against you.
