I’m a staunch believer that whatever happened to JonBenet had no relation to anyone outside of her family. I lean towards believing she died in some sort of domestic abuse incident, abuse that was accidentally fatal. Accidents are the number cause of death for her age bracket. She had two mortal injuries, a skull fracture and she was asphyxiated by strangulation. The coroner couldn’t tell which occurred first, it was a toss up what to list officially on the autopsy. She certainly wasn’t garroted; her spinal column was intact. She wasn’t even tortured as there is no evidence she was crying anywhere near the time of death. Fractures are statistically far more likely to occur accidentally. It is well believed the second injury was staged to cover for the first. The faked kidnapping was further staging. Somebody who had a very personal relationship with JonBenet was involved in what happened. Any of the three present could have accidentally shoved her into the kitchen counter or struck her with a hard object causing the brain injury. Any of the three could have been so angry with her they grabbed her scarf or turtleneck and dragged the life out of her little 45-pound body. The only way they couldn’t have physically caused the injuries were if they were dead themselves. The fact is JonBenet could have ‘accidentally’ killed any of them with a heavy enough implement. Child abuse isn’t something parents admit to freely. It’s a crime punishable by law. But it goes deeper than that because it reflects a personal breakdown and emotional failure. It’s a moral law that is broken as well, a basic tenant to being human. It’s not an accomplishment of pride. Being responsible for the death of your own child would be even harder to confront, likewise being the parent of a sibling who killed a sibling. It’s failure to be successful at the most important job in life.

The Ramseys have worked from day one to obscure the truth. They hired attorneys, and refused to be questioned by police in the critical hours, days, and weeks after the death. They were given access by the DA to remove whatever they wished from the crime scene. They took out dolls that sound innocent enough yet descriptively match fiber evidence at the crime scene; tan cotton fibers, dark shedding fibers, duct tape etc etc etc… A replacement doll was surreptitiously ordered after JonBenet was dead and shipped to John Ramseys office. He never reported this. Never took the one he removed to the police to be forensically examined. The DA never investigated the matter either. The DA likewise should have shown an interest in a painting they removed with the dolls. It could have easily been the source for cord found around JonBenet’s neck. When confronted the Ramsey’s deny ever seeing that cord or unique tape and use them to claim an intruder brought these items in with him to kill their daughter. I lean towards believing she died in some sort of domestic abuse incident, abuse that was accidentally fatal. But could it have been suicide? Is it possible JonBenet hung herself? Just as the only way her family couldn’t have caused her injuries was if they were dead, the only way she couldn’t have committed suicide was if she were already incapacitated or dead. To think otherwise is ignorant of physical science. I’ve never seen this possibility discussed (that doesn’t mean it hasn’t been). Suicide isn’t unheard of in children. Her parents are obviously manipulative. There were mental health issues present in the home. John Ramsey grieved for another daughter and Patsy’s was fighting a life and death battle with cancer. These are life-altering events that affect one’s psychological profile. It appears JonBenet may have been so emotionally damaged she was even toilet trained. Her hair was bleached preventing her from developing her own identity. She had a horrid childhood and was basically forced to work as a professional child beauty contestant. There were costume fittings, all manner of singing and dancing lessons, photo and portfolio sittings, not to mention the pageants themselves. She didn’t win the pageants; it was the elaborate costumes her mother commissioned. Suicide is one of the darkest secrets any family holds, against the laws of nature and akin to incest. The DA would be prescribed by law to do everything in their power to protect Burke if he had been responsible for the initial accident. There would be no investigation into the murder. Likewise if it were suicide there would be no serious homiiicide investigation. Was JonBenet a happy well-adjusted child? Maybe she thought if she were dead like Beth her father would love her?

Dr, Spitz says that the maglite was the murder weapon and that it fits exactly in the head wound cavity. Jonbenet was dead and shipped to John Ramseys office. What? Oh that`s only half there. So are you.

An American Girl doll was shipped to Access Graphics on Pearl Street in Boulder the first week in January 1997. It was an order placed after JonBenet was dead. There are computer records that document this from both Mattel and UPS. If JonBenet hung herself she may have been cut down before any sort of changes such as livor or rigor occured. Talk about half there.... your name fits... Usually people resort to insults of the nature you display when they feel threatened or have no legitimate response. You still have no answer for why John Ramsey would have removed his little girls dolls from the crime scene and then not report a package recieved at his office addressed to his dead daughter. A package containing a doll just like the one he removed. Any idiot would have instantly taken both to authorities for forensics... that is unless this idiot was responsible for the death in some way and was trying to cover it up. http://www.geocities.com/pinker44

Personally, I have never heard of a little six year old girl ever committing suicide. Has jahazafat ever heard of a single documented case of that ever happening? JonBenet's father was rich and her mom was good looking. This is an internet article about the matter, which I presume is satirical: "JonBenet Ramsey Death a Suicide, Said Late Mother By Biff Scuzzy MARIETTA, Ga.- The death of former beauty queen JonBenet Ramsey has been called a suicide by her mother, Patsy, who died of ovarian cancer Saturday at the age of forty-nine. The stunning revelation came in a certified letter, which was accompanied by JonBenet's alleged suicide note. Patsy Ramsey had mailed the letter to her attorney with instructions not to open it until after her death. "As long as I was alive, I was determined to protect my daughter's name," wrote Mrs. Ramsey, "even if that meant being a suspect in her 'murder.' I always knew, however, that JonBenet would not have wanted the fear of being 'murdered' to prevent other little girls from entering beauty pageants. That is why I have decided to reveal the true cause of her death at this time. Besides, if I had come forward with the details of her suicide earlier, I might have had to return the trophies she had won, and that would have broken my heart." According to Mrs. Ramsey, her daughter was distraught about gaining five pounds during the Thanksgiving- Christmas holidays, and she feared she would not be able to wear her Sally Starr costume in an upcoming pageant. Detectives are no closer to solving the case today than they were when it happened. It remains to be seen whether Mrs. Ramsey's letter and JonBenet's alleged suicide note will put paid to the matter or raise the stakes in the investigation. (Editor's note: for the latest information on this case, read Suspect in JonBenet Ramsey Murder Case Says It Was Suicide and JonBenet Ramsey Suspect Confesses to Natalee Holloway Murder.) ©The fine print: the editorial content on this page is fictional. Be advised to believe half of what you see and nothing of what you read. You must have a mental age no greater than eighteen to enjoy this site."

Here's one story I found of a six year old girl who committed suicide. http://query.nytimes.com/gst/fullpage.html... I'm not saying JonBenet did, just providing the raw information that it is possible and any investigation would be remiss without giving it consideration. On another forum in another galaxy they posted about making coffee mugs with JonBenet's image on them. I guess to celebrate her life. One image they discussed has her on a tire swing, an ideal many have of a happy childhood. But this image is the epitome of JonBenet's short life. It's a staged shot from inside a photographer's studio. JonBenet is trying with all her might to get the tire to swing but it won't budge as it's flush with the floor. This Karr fella is said to have seen a document mentioning JonBenet's suicide. Since there's no way he could have even known about this little girl perhaps that is why Boulder went to the end of the earth to retreive him.

I have no exact theory. Burke ceratinly could have accidently hit her. Either parent could have struck her in rage. The parents could even have used Burke as a scapegoat to elude prosecution. Lastly, it is possible for JonBenet to have committed suicide.
I have no exact theory....
Just raw information that the dolls the Ramseys removed from the crime scene have a legtimate association with duct tape.
Just raw information that it is a ludicrious concept to allow prime suspects in a crime such as murder to remove ANYTHING from the crime scene.
Just raw information mysterious fibers found at the scene; tan cotton, dark blue, white polyester, and possubly kanekalon do come off the doll and are not in any way foreign or indicative of an intruder.
Just raw information a doll was ordered after JonBenet's death and delivered to her father's office. A duplicate doll to one the Ramseys removed. A doll with electronic documentation in computer systems of Mattel and UPS.
Just raw information John Ramsey never turned the dolls over and the DA never collecetd them or asked a single question about them.
What you do with the raw information is of no concern.

It is a possibility, faint yes, but a valid concern that has never been addressed. It does offend you and it's nearly unthinkable, just the kind of thing a family would go to extremes to hide... just the kind of thing a family would blame the world for doing to their child... just the kind of thing that could never be proscuted. 1. It appears in the autopsy images she was dragged or hung before the parachute cord was wrapped around her neck. Hanging is a frequent method of suicide. 2. JonBenet was not living the life of a normal six year old. She was not in first grade or able to read. She was a year behind, likely because she wasn't toilet trained. 3. JonBenet was very different from her peers. I guarantee she was the only bleached blond in kindergarten who spent her weekends and free time devoted to pageants. I don't think her childhood was happy. I don't think she was happy. Days before she had been found on sitting in a stairwell crying and saying she didn't feel pretty. She spent part of Christmas afternoon in her room beacuse she wasn't feeling well. Depression, like child abuse has no cultural or economic boundaries and even has no age restrictions. It's a real mental illness. There were plenty of emotional health issues in this family with one dead daughter and a terminally ill mother. http://childsuicide.homestead.com/

This is just more sick ramblings from someone who is trying to come to terms with their own unhappy childhood. Pinker, You must have been a very abused child to come up with some of the things you do about a murdered child you couldn't possible know, because you never met her. You just keep making up far fetched scenarios to get attention away from the real victim and then continue to go along with your BS even when you have been proven wrong time and time again about the things you are using as your so called evidence when making up your stories...

I wasn't abused but your regard of someone you think may have been a victim says much about you. That's what JonBenet was, a victim of abuse in her own home. It was abusive anyway you slice it for Patsy to bleach the hair and alter the appearance of a 4 year old. Children's hair grows faster too so it's dreadful to think how often she tortured JonBenet with hair treatments. I don't have to make stuff up. The truth is far stranger than fiction. I saw with my own eyes an order for a doll identical to one the Ramseys removed from the crime scene shipped to John Ramsey's office. Ordered and shipped after she was dead. Identical. Heard with my own ears instructions telling customers they could apply duct tape if brushing the hair was a problem. Why wasn't this doll along with the one removed rushed to the police, CBI or FBI for forensics? Why hasn't the DA to this day not asked for these dolls? All you know is what you can guess... Oh these were loving parents... BS they were directly or indirectly responsible for the death of JonBenet and have tried to blame anyone they can point of finger at.
