Everyone posts their theory, some more logical than others based on our personal opinions. I find his theory fascinating and one of a kind to be honest, even if I don't adopt it. I respect any well thought out intelligent theory even if I don't agree with it. What I don't respect are those who pull suspects out of thin air with nothing to base it on and change them regularly. That's a big difference in theories

However, it's more important to realize when a discussion isn't going to happen and when to end a discussion and move on.

I think his theory is fascinating as well. What I fail to understand is why John would discover JB at 11, but remain "quiet", then "fake" discover her at 1....unless he immediately suspected Patsy and then decided to try to cover for her? I posed this question to him, but received no answers. Perhaps you can clarify this for me?

Btw, I don't have a solid theory. I don't pretend to know what happened. I hope you aren't inferring that I "suspect jump" without any evidential basis? I'm just hoping to find some answers and keep up with what seems to be a stalled investigation...

I was making generalizations about the suspect jumpers. I'm not referring to you as you haven't even been here long enough for that :), so it's not personal. I was just speaking in general

I can't really answer your question as it relates to BM's theory, but my theory is different so for me, I believe John knew where the body was all along. I think he may have moved it at 11 to where he "found" it at 1. I think the original plan was for the police to find it, but we will never know

John was missing mid morning according to Linda Arndt. It was revealed he'd been in the basement but his activity there was never questioned or discussed. It was reported he came up stairs looking ashen and his demeanor changed.

There is a simple explanation for this if he indeed saw the body it would have appeared very different from the last time he'd seen herl supposedly just after he garroted her or Patsy called 911. the body goes through many changes as rigor and decay sets in. JonBenet likely did not look as dead the last time he saw the body.

I think he was in the basement moving a window screen or something that had made the body not visible. The probably spent the whole morning sitting on one asscheck freaked out she wasn't found at 6AM.

You think he was able to move her while police were in the house? He would have been very ballsy! Did they ever use cadaver dogs to check to see where she may have died and to see if her body was moved?

As far as I know, cadaver dogs were not brought in. That would have been helpful had they brought in scent dogs immediately, but they didn't.

I have no idea if John moved the body at all. It's something that has been brought up several times. I think it is possible that he may have just moved her within the room itself to make her more visible upon opening the door at 1 pm

I'm not real educated on the use of cadaver dogs, but couldn't they be used months after the crime and still be successful, as they were in the Anthony case?...the playhouse was a "hit".

I'm not sure about the time frame for dogs, but once the body was found, there was no longer the need in this case

They needed to use them when she was still "missing"

JBR's scent would be all over the house

But not her "dead" scent. It would only be in places where her body was placed....the wine cellar, under the tree, and anywhere else her dead body may have been.

Her dead scent would also permeate the hallways, staircase and any other area that was passed when the body was moved from the basement. If the dog "hit" on any other area, there would be the argument that the scent traveled while John was removing the body. It wouldn't be a smoking gun. They didn't do it, so the point is moot anyway

There are so many things that could have and should have been done; unfortunately, none of them were

BM, you never answered my question. You say that JR found JB @ 11. Then he "fake" found her @ 1. What was his motive for NOT notifying Linda Arndt @ 11?...

BM,

When did you think PR was Sandy Sranger? Was it before you read the book, after you read the book or whilst reading it?

I am assuming you are male? If so, what made you read the book? I would have thought it was a book read mainly by females?

Which Patsy are you speaking about?

Patsy Ramsey or The BPD including Steve Thomas's Pigeon Patsy? Patsy, not a bad name for a Pigeon, being that's the definition in the dictionary. Used 100's of times in fiction mysteries.

Patsy the "Patsy."

Sandy Stranger? Close, but not a bullseye.

Daily Horoscope for June 4

Capricorn

Your feelings are running high under this Lunar Eclipse and it won't take much to make you feel as though you've reached a crisis. This is especially likely if you've been worrying about something, and you now realize that you can't continue to brush it under the carpet for much longer. Those secretly working against you may show their true colors. It's a relief to know that you have take action, but it also feels scary and you may not even know where to begin. Don't be afraid to ask someone you trust and respect for their help.
