The tire tracks that were found at the scene have been identified as belonging to a guy who was 17 {at the time}and living only a few blocks away, when he heard the call to police over a scanner, he went to see what was going on.... He turned around in the driveway and left the scene before the police arrived.... He didn't see anything except the bikes laying in the ditch..... There isn't anywhere else to park around there that it wouldn't have been noticed You either walk down the road or across a big field.... Not very wise or discreet if you are trying to kidnap a child...
