Here's my proof of his guilt!

Basically you are saying that Rod who knew John for twenty years and so well that he could be his puppet master in this elabroate plan to destroy John and even knowing how to monitor the ransom money from Atlanta, but he didn't know his good friend John would call the police when he found a ransom note and his daughter missing?? Common sense? Where is yours?

I call that a true friend. Someone needed to come in and take charge and make some demands. I think the lack of great assertiveness on everyone's part makes the story look shadey whether it was intended to or not and the cops look incompetent. In addition, their lack of letting more qualified ppl get involved (i.e., F.B.I.)and help with the case makes them look like they had some very fragile egos. It's such ashame this case was botched up over a head trip. If they'ed only known how intricate this case would turn out to be, but it's too late for that now !!!

Under.... Call the Boulder DA.... Tell them you are a reporter and that you recently received information from a protected source that you choose not to name that Rod may have been involved in the murder. Ask them if they can confirm or deny that he is a suspect. Ask them if he submitted handwriting and DNA samples and see if his alibi was checked out.... Then tell them what you think... We don't get it, but maybe they will.... All you can do is try, obviously it is very important to you to get the word out, but telling us isn't going to resolve anything for you, so make the call.... You will feel better..... Honestly if I felt as strongly as you do about a suspect, I would have made the call along time ago... You've got nothing to lose right? All they can say is NO, but at least you tried.... Good Luck....
