Yes Libya was a 'rogue' state and yes the atrocities are well documented. The 'problem' is, do we turn our backs on such states when they make the decision to turn their own backs on terrorism? It might be unpalatable, but we can't change the past though we can shape the future. Some N.Ireland politicians should stop trying to point score and look to how we can make the world a safer place - I support completely Alex Atwood's comments on this, MLA, NI Assembly. He;s the only one talking nay sense!
