Frankly Leria, it was the Hispanics who came here from Europe and stole our tribal lands in the west and southwest US lands. NONE of which "belonged to Mexico" because no such place as Mexico existed. The land stolen was claimed for Spain (a nation in Europe), not for "Mexico". Since you are NOT U.S. Native American Indians (just as Mexicans are NOT), in the future do not try to use our tribes to justify illegal aliens who have no respect for our nation, or our laws, illegally entering the USA to live. You don't know what we U.S. Native American Indians think about this issue, and you certainly do not speak for us.

It is not a HUMAN RIGHT to violate the laws of the land you live in.
It is not a HUMAN RIGHT to enter the USA illegally.
It is a human right to immigrate LEGALLY.
It is a human right to stay in your own country until you immigrate legally.
It is a human right to be treated exactly the same as every other person in the USA, and that means if you violate the law you will be subjected to the existing penalty. The penalty for illegally entering the USA is DEPORTATION.
It is not "inhumane" to deport any illegal alien.
