"Studying Towards Adjusted Residency Status Act"

Illegal alien studying should start in their home countries on how to "legally" apply for a VISA under any number of guest worker programs where the applying individual comes temporarily and then returns home where they legally "reside". Detect, Detain, and Deport all illegal aliens 100% of the time.

Luis Gutierrez Pushing Amnesty For Illegal Aliens

Democrat Rep Luis Gutierrez on immigration reform: "We will not wait"

Democrat Gutierrez to Introduce Amnesty Bill Tuesday
On Tuesday, December 15, open borders advocate Congressman Luis Gutierrez
(D-IL) will introduce a bill in the U.S. House of Representatives that, if
passed, would grant amnesty to millions of illegal aliens in the United
States.(Rep. Gutierrez Press Release; National Council of La Raza (NCLR)
Press Release, December 11, 2009). According to Gutierrez, his bill "will
set a liberal standard in the [immigration] debate." (Roll Call, December 7,
2009).

While the specifics of the legislation will not be clear until the text
becomes available later this week, Gutierrez previously outlined a set of
"Core Principles for a New Comprehensive Immigration Reform Bill." (Rep.
Gutierrez Press Release, October 13, 2009). These "principles" indicate that
Gutierrez' bill will include three amnesty programs, including:

a.. An amnesty for illegal alien "workers." In Gutierrez' own words: "We
need a bill that says if you come here to hurt our communities, we will not
support you. But if you are here to work hard - if you are here to make a
better life for your family - you will have the opportunity to earn your
citizenship." (Gutierrez Press Release).
b.. The AgJOBS amnesty.(Id.). This legislation would grant amnesty to
millions of illegal alien agricultural workers and "reform" the H-2A
temporary agricultural worker program to allow employers easier access to
cheap foreign labor.(See FAIR's Legislative Analysis of AgJOBS, June 17,
2009).
c.. The DREAM Act amnesty.(Gutierrez Press Release). Although this
legislation has varied a little over the years, in general the DREAM Act:
(1) grants amnesty to illegal aliens who entered the U.S. before the age of
16, have lived in the U.S. for at least 5 years, and have met certain
minimal educational requirements. The Dream Act also reverses current
federal law to allow states to provide taxpayer-subsidized in-state tuition
to illegal aliens.(See FAIR's Legislative Analysis of the DREAM Act, March
2009).

Oh, don't worry, we will have SCOTUS determing that if she graduates from med school, it is her right to practice. Sorta like the illegal alien who recently passed the bar in FL and now wants to practice, even though he is here illegally. I know, difficult to keep track of the players.

This is why Americans should vote for Republicans in November, and make sure they respect our laws before you vote for them. We have immigration laws. It is just that the Democrats prefre to ignore them.

there sure is alot of that coming out now days, almosyt looks like that was the whole reason some got in office to stab citizens in the back and pick up the cause for their people and i do not mean the American people only those like themselves.

hope fully all will start seeing this and start getting all racist who chose their ethnic group over all others out of office.

if all would look at these folks the same way as if a white person in office starting doing this for white only, after all it is the same.

I have consistently voted dem since age 18. This time, for the first time in my life, I am voting a straight repub ticket.

I am not naieve enough to believe there is any difference between the two, we just need to change on the hope and change.

Dems have always fronted themselves as protectors of the poor and underclass. The is quite deceptive. How can you be for the poor and underclass in America and support an illegal alien invasion, bleeding tax payers while making the rich richer? Think about it!

The pro business should be pro illegal alien, right? See how they try to twist our minds to do what they want to do?

Daily Horoscope for May 22

Virgo

Keep a pinch of salt handy today because not everything you hear will be the gospel truth. Someone might have manipulated the facts to make them sound more acceptable, or they may have got carried away and forgotten to tell you something rather vital. Try to keep misunderstandings to a minimum by being as straightforward and honest as possible, and by not simply assuming that people know what you're talking about and therefore not bothering to explain properly.
