But, for the present millenium, the most reasonable point of reference should probably start with the US Constitution. Since it can be reasoned that possession is 9 tenths of the law; then, the current laws of the US should be followed in the current day. There is no other option than to deport the illegal aliens. How could any other argument possibly hold water?

On second thought, Tobacco would be a good example to follow. Tobacco is and has been a legal product in the US. Since the Surgeon Generals report in the sixties concluded that tobacco was harmful to your health, a concerted effort by the public has had the effect of reducing the consumption of this "legal" product. Illegal aliens are "illegal". Why should we be more harsh on a legal product than we should be on an "illegal" aspect of our country? A more concerted effort should be made to eliminate and deport illegal aliens than was and is being made to discourage the consumption of a legal product. The US will probably suffer some withdrawal symptoms from the elimination of either product; but, fair is fair. If we do not enforce the law and deport illegal aliens, then we will have discriminated against tobacco growers, tobacco companies,tobacco merchants, and tobacco consumers who are all legal entities of the US economy.

This country was founded on the principle of "ballots, not bullets" and following the will of the majority. You and people like you made a self-centered decision with no regard to the law nor to the will of the majority. Go back to your home country and when you learn these valuable principles - apply legally to participate legally in this country. Then you will not be suffering from the feelings that you currently harbor within your conscience. If you don't happen to make it in legally, instruct your children and grandchildren in this principle and maybe one day they will be able to enter legally unless the present illegal entries cause the country to shut off all future immigration.

Molesting, assaulting, stealing, threatening, MARCHING IN MEXICAN STREETS WAVING THE STARS AND STRIPS, DEMANDING CITIZENSHIP. 5. US Americans aren't filling Mexican prisons and jails to the point of 33% housed in Mexican facilities are US Americans. 6. The only way any illegal alien (including illegal Mexican aliens) can EVER pay any taxes on their income is by using an ITIN, which you have to get LEGALLY from the United States Internal Revenue Service. If you use an ITIN to pay taxes on your paychecks NO SOCIAL SECURITY IS TAKEN OUT. Because an ITIN is ONLY for taxes NOT social security. So, if you are legally paying income taxes while illegally in this country, YOU ARE NOT PAYING ANYTHING INTO OUR SOCIAL SECURITY. If you ARE paying social security on your paycheck, you are using a STOLEN social security number, which is a FELONY CRIME. No blood bath, no Mexican-American war but your damn right there will be a war and it will be so intensely focused waged strictly at corporate America and their addiction to cheap labor. It will be fought in elections; the halls of our Congress; and in the small courts of our communities. Corporate America wants us to believe their hands are clean as we continue to fight against illegal immigration but we know the lobbying force behind corporate America and their influence with congressional members. Never have our voices been so loud and strong, united for one cause, to enforce the immigration laws of our country. We know it is NOT complicated, we know it can be done without reform, we know when we are being played as fools but those players are the fools and completely out of touch with mainstream America. This is why there is great attention and open public discussion in regards to stopping the flow of illegal immigration. Two years ago we were complacent. Today we are outraged and fighting tooth and nail in a battle that will pick off congressional leaders one by one replacing them with those that truly represent the Will of the People.
