Obama's plan is nothing more than a way to pander to racists that insist on special treatment for Latino criminals. It will waste taxpayer's money and the entire program will be dropped after the election.
Latino groups have held up any meaningful immigration reform for years by insisting that the millions of mostly Latino criminals be rewarded with a green card and a path to citizenship for their crimes. The American people have spoken time and time again against rewarding illegal aliens and against the on going amnesty that is afforded most illegal aliens. Most illegal aliens are granted amnesty multiple times. That is why they keep coming back when they are deported.

...and the problem with that: Separation of Powers. From whitehouse.gov :

"The power of the Executive Branch is vested in the President of the United States, who also acts as head of state and Commander-in-Chief of the armed forces. The President is responsible for implementing and enforcing the laws written by Congress and, to that end, appoints the heads of the federal agencies, including the Cabinet. The Vice President is also part of the Executive Branch, ready to assume the Presidency should the need arise.

The Cabinet and independent federal agencies are responsible for the day-to-day enforcement and administration of federal laws. These departments and agencies have missions and responsibilities as widely divergent as those of the Department of Defense and the Environmental Protection Agency, the Social Security Administration and the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Including members of the armed forces, the Executive Branch employs more than 4 million Americans."

There's also a section on The President. Nowhere in there does it say or imply "Modify or select the provisions of federal legislation to be enforced".

Did you know - Government officials are considering a new form of identification (ID) for illegal aliens to serve as an alternative to a state-issued driver's license. The ID, which would grant driving privileges, would not require proof of legal presence in the United States.

Congress has passed the immigration laws that Americans want and need. The problem is the laws have not been enforced and now his highness is defying congress and the American people by putting demands of these criminals in front of the needs of Americans and immigrants. This is just another attempt to increase ethnic and racial tensions in this country for political gain.

most of the major polls in america, based on illegal immagration show that the majority of americans do not want illegal latino mexicans in our country. congress no longer listens to what we the people want its obvious. I hope to see more americans of all race and ethnicity speak out against illeagal immagration, so that we can save the things that were once great about this country for those people that are citizens of the united states of america!!!

why ? because congress has passed laws in place that just need to be enforced and deport criminals ? what action do they need to take besides pushing bams to get rid of the dhs dykeincharge nappyalitano and her bevy of dhs crones that refuse to let ICE and border patrol to enforce the laws on the books. why does congress have to pass any new laws as the idiotinchief strips the meat off existing laws ?

Daily Horoscope for May 21

Capricorn

If you're feeling lonely and vulnerable, it seems as though someone is out to get you. Perhaps you're separated from the people you love and you don't like it. Try not to mope for too long, because there are important things that need your attention. Speaking of which, if you need to do something that you're dreading, you'll feel much better if you can get it out of the way quickly. If you leave it, the very thought of it will drain your energy.
