Overall annual precipitation for the region rose 23 percent between 1961 and 2011, the study found, using data from weather stations.

I don't know if your comparisons are valid.

The Rocky Mountain Climate Organization and the Natural Resources Defense Council define the Midwest differently from NOAA. NOAA does not include MO, KS, ND, SD, IO, or IL in their "Midwest". They only have "Upper Midwest", which includes your neighborhood.

Looks like a case of you trying to sell apples and oranges as cranberry juice.

Like that there are groups out to discreit Obama and renewable energy? Your right when you claim that there are conspiracy theories everywhere.
