That much of the ideals we have been trying to export regarding freedom and democracy are B.S.

Obama's death threats are an indication that in America freedom and democracy stop when people have the audacity to elect a black president.

His death threats are an indication that there are too many angry, hate-filled, and confused white men out there.

America it seems is more like the republicans,who say one thing and do another. All the while America portrays itself as open and accepting and willing to take in anyone and everyone,regardless of their race or ethnicity,and then 'BAM'! America is a work-in-progress,and also a 'Dream',and with the election of Barack Obama it is showing that what we supposedly represent can come true. I'm not making excuses for why some white people are the way they are,but I have a theory,and you can form your own opinion. Imagine if you can,what it must've been like for the first pioneers who,as far as we know,were white,who came to this country and there was nothing but woods,and at night it got dark,'DARK',and they brought everything they had with them,or had to somehow make when they got here. Maybe a man brought his wife and perhaps a child,maybe not,but whatever he had,was 'HIS'. And if he made tools and built a cabin and whatever else he had,if a stranger came along,he didn't know whether he was a friend or enemy? And likely assumed that they might harm him and take what he had,including his woman or property,etc.,and that's if they look like him,if they didn't,they were no doubt even more concerned,and so that fear was ingrained in these people who worked for everything they had,and worried that someone would come and take it from them. And it might take centuries for people,especially white people to rid themselves of that fear of not only others who look like them,but even more so of people who don't. Even in this day and age,the different people of different colors and backgrounds and languages,it still scares some white people. That said,I do believe that there are people who sit in the background that continue to stir the fires of racism,using the old divid and conquer strategy,and unfortunately,it still works,some of the time,anyway.

EVERY other developed nation has universal healthcare, but if the USA tries it it has to fail? And why is that? Are conservatives saying that Yanks are too dumb to do what everyone else manages to do? Well, about that they may be correct... but that's the only thing.

There are provisions in the bill that are unacceptable and downright unconstitutional.

First and foremost it tells you that you MUST participate!!!!
Who do they think they are? They work for us! The majority of American like their current healthcare they just wish it was cheaper.

In the bill all of our records will be collected controlled and maintained by corrupt, incompetent federal workers. Things can appear in your computerized records and things can dissappear and there will be nothing you can do about it.-Just like Obama had his passport records changed. The guy who has been reported to have done it is now Obama's terrorist expert. Google it.

Also in the bill.. Employers that are generous and give their employees excellent healthcare packages can be taxed up to 40% of the value of it. This is a punishment and meant to cause employers to NOT offer healthcare plans. How insane is that?

Also a very big rotten thing about this bill is. Millions and Millions of Obama voting leeches and losers will get free healthcare while the rest of us have to pay for both ours--AND pay for theirs.

Look through the smoke and mirrors and lies and what you get is nothing less than a redistribution of wealth scheme designed to keep liberals in power by giving just enough handouts and freebees to our underclass so they keep voting more liberals in.
What a way to run a country. The producers are punished and the losers and drug addicts are rewarded.

Gee,I never even thought of that. OF COURSE I DIDN'T FORGET IT! Is'nt it kind of 'OBVIOUS' that there were 'INDIANS' already here?! Socialized medicine is a failed model, it works poorly, it is expensive, has long, long waiting lists, many doctors not accepting new patients, long waiting lists for treatments, Canadians regularly come to the USA for medical care.

The City of Boston contains some of the finest health care facilities in the world, everyone is taken care of, the clinics take care of the poor, there is no problem.

This whole thing is BS constructed by Marxists to remove control from Americans.

I would think anyone that has such a hard heart that would endorse a 3rd trimester abortion would not be troubled by withholding life saving care from a person because they're over 60 years of age, and would rather see their organs harvested to go to younger people, with the profits from the transplants going into the State's bank account.
