High unemployment. Republican caused.

Shakey markets. Republican caused.

Inflation. Overspending on fruitless military expeditions and higher demand for oil.

Out of control government spending. Subjective opinion.

Intrusive new regulation. Subjective opinion.

<quoted text>Lots of arm twisting went on behind the scenes. The American people were dead set against it but the dems which control congress pushed it through. Obama was instumental is supporting this piece of crap. Bush should have used the veto and let the libs over ride it. You should read the entire Enhanced TARP, you might change your mind about supporting Obama.
So Bush didn't use the veto, even as he and McSame were claiming that TARP was necessary for our economy, LOL.

But he should have just vetoed it, despite the fact that he claimed it was necessary...LOL. You're a joke.

False for two reasons:

1. He was an enemy combatant.

2. He had no American civil rights because he wasn't an American citizen.

And you would say that Obama never would have made the call to get him because of that and that he's a socialist, even though he's governing so far from the right that he's alienated his own party. Make up your mind.

So is he governing so far to the left that he's a socialist or is he governing so far to the right that he's alienating his own party. I've seen both claims on Faux News. Which is correct? It can't be both.

Yes it is and it worked to some extent.

The primary restraining factors are:

1. High fuel costs due to increased world demand and instability in supply.

2. The real-estate bubble bursting.

3. Stagflation.

No, no Cheyenne, it's no joke. The American people are suffering, no one is laughing at the miserable condition our economy is in.
We listened as Obama promised to resolve issues that has the nation in a tailspend (issues that the libs in congress were responsible for creating).
All the citizens are hearing from Obama sycophants and him are "BLAME BUSH". The BLAME GAME has lost its' effectiveness and glamour.
Obama is going on four years and office and all we see is "BLAME BUSH" as his plans.

Well, there is no questioning that Obama inherited a mess - one that other countries, using a variety of methods, were just as affected. It wasn't just Bush, or even the rest of the government, but that doesn't change the fact that is was not of Obama's sole making.

There are only two questions that matter. Would McCain/Palin have been able to turn the country around at a faster rate with different policies?

And would Romney/? be able to change the pace of recovery at a faster rate than Obama?

Other countries have tried spending their way out, and some have tried austerity methods. So far, neither camp seems to have the golden ticket.

Really, I wish ONE of them did.

You may dislike Obama, but Romey didn't keep his promises to MA in the ONLY office he has help, to the point where they didn't want him back. Is he the person for "change"? And what kind of change will it be?

In 1969, then-apostle and future prophet Spencer W. Kimball published The Miracle of Forgiveness, in which he stated that homosexuality was caused by masturbation.[2] This book, which echoed his 1964 talk “Love versus Lust,” received widespread circulation among the LDS population.[3] The idea of masturbation as a cause of homosexuality was mentioned again in the 1992 church pamphlet Understanding and Helping Those Who Have Homosexual Problems: Suggestions for Ecclesiastical Leaders, which makes the more limited statement that masturbation “intensifies sexual urges, making it difficult for the person to overcome homosexual problems.

<quoted text>Have you heard the latest insult Obama has given to the Vets ? They were barred from attending memorial day activities at the wall due to Obama's speech. Thousands of vets were turned away from honoring the Vietnam Vets at the Vietnam Wall.
Obama's popularity is a sham among the military and the Vets. Any poll that says otherwise is simply smoke and mirrors in an attempt to convince Americans that he is a beloved commander in chief. It is propaganda at the lowest level.
That type of behavior on Obama's part proves that he is unworthy. He is too much of a coward to trust his own military as Commander in Chief. Good-bye, Obama.
