For many years I had no religion because of ideas like this. Religious communities should be inclusive, not exclusive. Finally I was fortunate enough to find the Unitarian denomination and I now have a community and it is such an important part of my life. As Unitarians, we are inclusive and welcoming and, although I am not Christian, I believe that is how Jesus would have wanted his churches to be too.

there are so much more important things to raise money for if it's not bothering anyone who really cares leave people alone worry about things like cps in wa st stealing children and putting them in homes that are abusing them why can't that be put to a halt. Innocent children are victims of the state and the issue is same sex marriage how lame only the church could worry about something that has nothing to do with them catholic family services are a part of children in out of home placement they even advertised on craigs-list that worry's me

the church should not do all this.. if they have representation in the government..
