Well duh, they either have to live in the closet or run the gauntlet of bullies. Bigotry needs to be ended.

Give each gay child a stun gun and a bookbag full of Energizer Bunny Batteries
.
It works
.
We haven't heard a peep out of the bullys in the Stun Gun Guy's school after he fired that warning shot in the air
.
Stun guns would work good in churches too; especially in the concentation camp churches with the singing KKK babies

It is a shame but we already have the proof that they are mentally deficient.

So should we try to cure them of their homsoexuality.... or their depression? Which works better? Scientific proof please.

That would entitle us to fat disability checks; special parking spaces; and head of the line privileges

Should I check my mailbox?

One of the questions on the survey dealt with kids' biggest problems which I thought was quite telling (and pretty sad).

For the heteros, it was classes/exams/grades, college/career, and financial pressures related to college/job.

For the gay kids, it was non-accepting families, school/bullying problems, and fear of being out or open.

I am fortunate to live in an area where gay kids are pretty much accepted. The only gay kids that are harassed are the really flamboyant flamers whose "overdone" mannerisms actually invite ridicule when they're done in a general public setting. If a gay kid wants to be campy that's fine, but do it in a safe, gay setting and not at the mall or at school. It's annoying, even to other gay folk.
There was only one other gay kid in the 8th grade, but from what I hear there are lots more gay kids at the high school I'm moving up to in September. They even have a Gay/Straight Alliance club. I don't know how open I'll be in high school about my sexual orientation though. I'm just going to concentrate on maintaining my 4.3 grade average and staying out of everyone's way, lol.
Anyway THIS gay kid is a happy one so far. Gay flamers who flaunt their sexuality with flamboyant, in-your-face behavior are as annoying to other gay kids as they are to straight one. You'll never find me at a "gay pride" event or making a public display of my gayness other than online, anonymously. Because I repect straight people. And because I don't think being gay is anything to be especially proud of, any more than being blond-haired and green-eyed is.
It's great that you've found a path, that, for you, works. The "gay flamers" as you call them, have found a different path. Should they follow your path so as to "respect straight people"? Just think of the jocks who flaunt their physical prowess in faces. Should they burn their letter jackets and be more circumspect because they might offend those who aren't so physically talented? Should the brainy ones downplay their abilities so they fit in?
Keep your head down, your wrist firm, and wear no bold colors. No one will suspect you of being gay. But remember, you will have to watch what you say (and how you say it), who you look at (but not too long, they might think you're oogling them), who you associate with ("if he hangs with ..., he must be gay too), and even the music you listen to or books you read. It's a tough path you've chosen, much tougher than the "gay flamers" who have decided to live life, not scuttle from rock to rock, in fear of getting a boot to the back. They have decided that they are not just some nameless face in the audience, but a player on the stage with equal billing as the rest of the cast.

Yes - all those highly educated gays running around in expensive cars, regentrifying urban neighbourhoods, working at high-paying jobs in important fields and drinking fine wines... if that is what you call mentally dificient, then the term for you is "willful ignorance".

You even posted a link to the fact that gay men can't grow a man's brain correctly. You are just being obtuse

The only gays that are successful are the ones that stay in the closet. Except for Rick from Kansas, of course.

Where was this link? If you have access to all this "proof", can't you repost the link yourself? And when and where did they post the standards for "correct" brains?

Everyone's brain is different. Gay people's brains are correct for gay people.

If "mental deficiency" were an automatic quality of being gay, then gay people could never acheive the levels of success that we have, in so many challenging and intellectual fields.

I think we all know who's obtuse here. You don't actually have an such "proof", you're just getting thrills from name calling.
