I think that if 2 people want to be together and be married they should be able to do so.What is wrong people that have a problem letting same sex the same rights. When they get married they aren't hurting others.so everyone who is against gays don't have any bussiness telling people who they can marry. It makes be sick and they should have rights with insurance the same as everyone.Oh in case you are wondering who I'm a heterosexual and have been married 22 yrs.Calforina passed the law to let them and now your trying to stop it.WHO ARE THEY HURTING!!!!!!!!jan from Dallas

Thanks to you and Jan Wood above, for your voices of reason and intelligence.

What a waste of energy AND money. Some $70 million dollars was used to get this amendment passed in CA. There are so many other things that these so-called 'people of god' could have done with that money. Feed the hungry? Cloth and shelter the poor? Religion is supposed to be a calling to help one another, not hurt one another with bigoted and hateful propaganda and legislation. Separation of church and state.

That was $70 MILLION in CA ALONE!. Now add in what was spent in FL, and the other two states to pass anti-gay amendments this year.

Now add in all the money spent in all 4 States FIGHTING this hate. Seems to me we could have spent that money saving people's homes or on health insurance for our Nation's children

Oh and yes I am gay. Saving people's homes and making sure their children get decet medical care are MY FAMILY VALUES. Makes me wonder what FAMILY VALUES those other people REALLY have

See Bill Reilly's show. Olbermann has a heart and soul. O'Reilly and Rush Limbaugh only have agendas.

Tsk, tsk, Algernon. That kind of talk is not going to get you written into the book of love!

Wow, maybe the Pope should have you on speed dial. Or at least the Hagerty's and Sen. Craig's of this world.

Daily Horoscope for December 10

Cancer

Someone dear to your heart isn't exactly a barrel of laughs today, are they? Is it your imagination or are they taking a perverse delight in spreading doom and gloom in all directions? If they've got good reason to be miserable then they deserve your sympathy, but even so it may not last for long. Try to keep active and cheerful, otherwise you'll also develop a tendency to brood.
